      I paid $75.00 for Black Business in A Box for my online store back in 06/2022. Ownership of the store was never transferred over to me. I have reached out to them many times since then and no one has yet to respond to assist me with the transfer of my store. I reached out to Shopify for help but they have referred me back to Black Business in A box. I sent another email and have yet again to receive a response. I have been paying for Shopify every month since my store and website were created without ownership. I have paid for the domain. Now I am ready to launch my store and I am at a stand still with no resolve. I simply want someone to assist me with the transfer of my store. I am not asking for a refund just help me obtain ownership of my store so I can get my business off the ground.

      Okay I get information a lot from this business it is legit they have drop shipping sites, they ran a special on the site for ***** I at first did not believe it ,I used my PayPal account just in case if it was not right cause of the price we paid .I did this in the month of either March or April of this year, I went on there site to see how long it took after I finally got the site information that was needed to use Shopify the next step was for them to transfer it so I can put it on Shopify I went on there site I can not get them at all I went on ******* I even left information on there telling them to contact me so one time when I went on there some other people were looking for answers to one did say they responded but it took a long time like some weeks, The first week of June I got a email from them saying they have not forgot to transfer the product they will let us know I got that information cause some wrote to BBB with a complaint on them now I am a patient person but this has been to long we are in mid July! when they ran this special for ***** I think they were to over well and a lot of people jumped on it. Yeah $39 bucks for a drop shipping site. They are a legit business but they have to make sure they take care of every one cause this is ridicules just send me the transfer so I can do my business.

      On May 25th 2022 I purchased an online store from Black Business in a Box for $75USD. I reached a point we're the store was almost transfered to me and they emailed me saying: Hi ****, Apologies for the inconvenience. However, when we try to transfer the store we found out that you have removed us as a collaborator. Could you please add us again so we can complete the transfer of your store? - June 13, 2022 I Have not heard from them none after I emailed them several times about how to add them back as a collaborator and was forced to figure it out. I wish to get them finish the service I bought. I currently have an active shopify account that I can't use. I don't want to use the account to avoid legal actions.

      On 5/22/22 I purchased a prebuilt Shopify store for $75 from Black Business in a Box. On 6/4 I received an email that the store was ready and I would need to login, change the location and contact information to my own, and select a Shopify payment plan. Once all of these steps were complete I was to reply to the email and initiate the transfer of ownership of the store from the company to me. I replied to the email and received an email a week later on 6/11 that there was an error and the company no longer had access to the Shopify store so the transfer could not be completed. I tried reaching out to them several times to get clarification or at least a phone number to speak to a live person, to no avail. I kept receiving the same automated error email, no one responded with instruction on how to fix the issue and no one provided a customer phone number to speak to a live person. I was left paying for a Shopify plan for a store that I did not own and could not move forward with customizing. I have a strong suspicion that this company is a bot scam and I am just glad that I was only out of $75 (they claim the prebuilt store was on sale from the original price of nearly $500). I doubt this company is legitimate and it is a shame they are scamming people who are looking for real business opportunities and financial security. This company should have a BBB rating of F.

      I purchased an online store on February 23rd and was told that it would come in ***** business days via email. I paid $95 for this online store and have yet to receive anything but the run around. Ive tried contacting customer service and have received nothing. Ive emailed numerous times and havent received anything. Anytime I tried reaching out through the social media platforms, I was told that its only a page for just that and not customer service or support. They even had a number that I tried calling but its not in service. When I sent a message through ******** messenger saying that I would be filing a complaint, I was asked for my email address. That was April 1st and I havent heard anything since. I feel scammed and would like either my online store or my full refund of what I paid.
