I had an appointment to bring my car to the service department to have O2 sensor replaced due to my engine light being on. I had appointments on *******, 2022 to have a diagnostic done to diagnose the problem that I was having with my car. The service person call and told me that my car O2 sensors need to be replaced. I alerted technician that I had a warrant on my vehicle. He told me that he will call me back let him called warrant company. The tech call me back and explained that the warrant approve for parts and labor to have my vehicle fixed. I got a postcard in the mailbox stated that my parts came in and I needed to call and schedule appointment. I called and schedule an appointment for today. I had an 8:30 appointment for today. I drop my car off at 6:30 this morning. I called to let service know that I had drop my vehicle off and I asked to have an oil change done. I waited to here from service I never heard from them I called them at about 3:45 about my vehicle and I was told my vehicle was ready. When I get here to pick up my car I was told I owed $665 and I asked for what? The guy begin to give the different charges. I told him I had a warranty and I was told I would have had to pay $100 for the deductible for warranty and I needed to pay for an oil change. He begin to say that they had to replaced a lug on my tire, I didn't ask them to do this. They rotated my tires without me even given them permission to do so and stripped my tire lug and trying to charge me for this mistake. I was told my warranty was expired and I call my warranty company and my warranty wasn't expired. I was told they had not call in my claimed. The guy kept saying if it was his ticket he would fix it but it's not. I couldn't get my car because the ticket wasn't paid. I had to wait in the hot sun until my ride pick me up. My ride was an hour away. I had to leave my vehicle overnight. I feel this was only done because I was a woman and they felt I didn't know any better.

Absolutely the worst car dealership and service department I’ve ever been to. Currently in the process of a lawsuit with them. 1000/10 DO NOT recommend. They are dishonest, completely unreliable, and will cheat you in a heartbeat. Some of the biggest crooks I’ve ever seen, and my husband was in law-enforcement for seven years! If they were the last car dealership on earth, and I had to choose between buying a car from them and walking, I would choose to walk. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night and live with themselves with the way they do business. An absolute nightmare. If I could select no stars, I would, but they made me choose at least one, so that’s what they got, although they really deserve about a -100.
