HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a bowl with Pico de gallo and got corn salsa. I ordered a hard shell, crunchy taco and got a soft shell taco with no cheese. I ordered cheese. Rude employees that did not pay attention to me and were acting reluctant to take the incorrect items back and replace the incorrect items. Horrible attitudes. Were not apologetic AT ALL. Said that they were NOT going to replace my taco because they were out. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED OR OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE OR REFUND. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I had to ask to get the sauces I paid for. They tried to GET OVER ON ME. NOT HAVING IT! Now my other food is cold. I’m DISPUTING THE CHARGE. I’m not satisfied with my food or service. Thank you for ruining my night with foolishness. That sloppy, gross taco! Also DID NOT appreciate the snickering and giggling when remaking my incorrect order. How old are we? Grow up! Unprofessional and probably shouldn’t be working here. Do better! UPDATE: Oh, wow! I ask about my refund and I get hung up on. This is a great company. Plus, you never responded. Now I see why the restaurant is empty. Not only are the workers subpar, but the manager too. Then, the manager claims that the owner said that all the actions and behaviors are okay. I'll stick with Moe's, Chipotle, anywhere, but here. I truly do hope that this location shuts down. The whole company might need to shut down for allowing such unprofessional, subpar, and horrible service AND FOOD.
