  DO NOT BUYING FROM THEZE LYING CROOKS! Found a rv they were selling and inquired about it. Asked numerous times out the course of our conversations if there were any issues, I was told “no”. Perfect condition. Even stated that the “technician” said it was “perfect. I traveled 5 hours one way to see this “perfect” rv. Seconds after entering found a water leak, which I was told there was none! Numerous broke electronic issues. Which they tried to fix one on-site, but didn’t have the part they say. Decided to purchase the rv anyway due to needing one asap. First trip out, busted hot water heater with sediment all over it and the front air conditioner is broke. Compressor never comes on only the fan, which they say I picked it up it was 60 degrees. I was reassured nothing was wrong with the unit. It’s also been going on two months and I haven’t received the tags and registration. When I contact the dealership they say, you need to go into your dmv to finish. What kind of nonsense is that? You’re a dealership….a crooked, small, unorganized, junky one at that. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Dealership did agree to pay for the hot water heater I bought, yet to see the money so probably a lie also. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There is a reason their in Georgia, when their name is Florida Rv’s. Take the hint.

  When he first came to us with the issues the sales person was out of the office but she kept in contact with him the best she could.  She explained to him when she would be back and why she was out. She had a family emergency.  He never said anything about the water heater needing to be replaced and there is no way for us to know that, before he went and spent the money to replace it himself.   When it left our dealership there was no issues with it. Also the same with the Air conditioner, it was in great working order when it left here.  He spent several hours going over the unit with his dad before signing any paper work which he signed an AS IS statement.  We go through our units and check all major appliances and water systems before they leave us then we go through and show the customer them working and how they work before it leaves the property.  

  He went to blasting all over social media negative things about our dealership because of all this before we even had a chance to talk to the sales lady about what was going on.  We have since taken care of his issues.  

  The registration part I have explained to him several times. He is out of state number one and he has to go to the tag office and pay the tag fee and pick up his tag. He don't think he should have to do that. Also, everyone of my customers in state and out do it and I have never had one person complain- he is the first.  I collect taxes and a title fee, no tag fee for this reason.
