From ********* I lived in *******, *******, and was a ******* *** *** ***** ****** ***** ** *********. Our Insurance company, **** ***** **** ****** of *******, was contracted with ********* Urgent Care in *******, *******, to provide urgent care services. ********* Urgent Care was eventually purchased by Fastrack Immediate Care. I patronized ********* Urgent Care from 2012-2018 and always paid my deductible, which is documented through my former insurance company. In July ****, I moved to *********, *********, but maintained a Post Office Box in *******, *******. On June 6th, 2021, I received a bill from Fastrack Immediate Care at my ******* post office box seeking $1162.31 from doctor visits in 2014, 2015, and 2016. I called my former insurance company, **** ***** **** ****** of *******, and spoke to a representative who contacted Fasttrack Immediate Care and provided them with proof of payment by both the insurance company and myself. The representative told me that the situation had been cleared up and commented that this was a widespread occurrence with Fasttrack Immediate Care. Beginning in June 2022, I received a bill from Fasttrack Immediate Care at my ******* P.O. Box seeking $218.32 for a doctor's visit in 2014. I decided to reach out to the BBB at the insistence of a former colleague who still lives in *******. We are soon to be nine years removed from 2014, and I am still getting bills for services that were already paid for by the insurer and myself. I cannot seem to get Fasttrack Immediate Care on the telephone, so this is perhaps the best way to secure a resolution.

I started receiving bills this year for a visit from *********** There was a mistake in the billing process in 2015/2016. After a lot of back and forth, my insurance provider (at the time) assured me that it was resolved and I should ignore any more contact from the clinic. 6 years later bills started showing up again. Tried calling and talking to someone but they had no information about the previous situation at all. The person I spoke to just kept telling me the dollar amount I owed in a threatening manner.

I am randomly getting bills from Fast Track from about 3-4 years ago. I have made several attempts to call and speak to someone about it. Each time, I am told I have to leave a message for a manager. A manager never calls me back. This has happened over 10 times. I also tried the website that is listed on the bill to see a balance and the website does not even work.

We received a statement from Fastrack Immediate Care for services rendered over 7 years ago on my husband. I have called and left several voice messages and no one will return my call to get this resolve. Now a collection agency is calling asking for money. I'm confident that the claim was paid soon thereafter by our insurance company. Patient: ******** ****** Balance: $35

I continue to receive a bill from this company from 2014. Funny how I just started receiving bills in the last 6 months or so. I have good insurance and I have never received a bill from a ******* type clinic. I pay my copay and I have never been billed for any additional services. Something isn't right about this and I have talked to several other constituents who have had the same issue. If you did not file the insurance claim in a timely matter, the charges should not be passed to the customer. Something just seems fishy here.

I was provided service by FastTrack Immediate Care on ****/****. I was billed and I paid them $22.91 on*****/****... despite how long it had been since my visit. Last year around this same time, I received another bill for $27.91 for the same visit back on ****/****. They had added a $5 late fee. I called them and they said they would email me so that I could provide them proof that I had paid $22.91 in ****. They never emailed me. Now this year, I have gotten two more identical bills both for $11.91 today. All of these had the same service date.

Received a bill for a visit that occurred over 8 years ago (*********) and I feel confident it was paid in full at the time. I tried using the website provided on the bill and the site was not functional. Tried calling the location directly, but found that the line was disconnected. Called the number on the bill and the person on the other end couldn't give a good reason why I was billed, didn't really know what I was billed for, and was surprised that I had not received a bill previously. He pushed me to give card information over the phone and said he could reduce the bill, but that I would have to pay upfront and he would reduce it later after speaking with a provider. I asked him to email me an updated invoice and never received such an invoice. Understandably, I found this experience sketchy, and I still don't really understand why I am being billed. My contact with this person took place on the morning of *****************************************. Visit date was *********.

I began receiving statements in June for $234.04. How can they wait 6-7 years to send a statement and I paid my co-pay and Insurance paid? I feel they should write this balance off. They have waited too long to send a statement for these charges
