My company, The Shopper, began service with Money Penny at the beginning of March 2023. Near the end of March 2023, a valued client was closing and I needed to reduce costs. I emailed Money Penny to place my account on hold. This was approved on 3/30/23. On April 6th 2023 I was charged the full amount of the service. ($639.00) I emailed and informed them that they charged my credit card when my account was on hold. They informed me that I would only be charged a $25 on hold fee to my account. It is now July 26th and although I have attempted to call and email Money Penny many times, I still have not received a reimbursement for the charge on my credit card from April 6th. Money Penny owes my business $614.00 (639 - 25 on hold fee). I am no longer receiving email response or phone calls in return for this manner.
