I signed up for 1 tech/3 hours of cleaning for $130. Received confirmation emails and several texts. Two ladies showed up and told me I had an hour. I let them no, I opted for the 3 hour/1 tech option so it should be 1.5 hours for 2 techs. They proceeded to tell me the price was incorrect online and I would need to pay more. I refused so they called the owner. The owner told me the price online was a mistake and it would be additional money for the two techs to stay the entire time. She admitted it was her error on her website but would not honor it. She offered me a $5 total discount. This is poor business practice and she was extremely unprofessional. Also, illegal marketing and advertising. I made the appointment over a week ago, they had plenty of time to notice THEIR mistake and reach out to see if I still wanted to utilize their services. What a terrible experience with zanzibar and the owner.

They damaged 3 different things while they were cleaning: 1) they opened our front screen door so forcefully that it detached from the door frame (I was able to fix it myself) 2) they scrubbed our toaster oven so hard that they scratched it all up and actually scrubbed off all of the markings on the timer area (needed to be replaced ($55) 3) they messed with the cut off valve on one of our toilets and made it start leaking - we had to have it replaced ($479). All 3 things were working just fine before they arrived - the screen door, toaster oven, and the toilet. Not only did they not tell us about any of these 3 things before they left, they actually declined to offer any kind of refund or compensation for any of those when we did tell them what we found. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want your things damaged!!!! See photos.
