Deceptive sales techniques and practices, payment for services made, services rendered. Services suspended while collecting automated drafts as payments for those services not delivered. My amount was placed in an unuseful read only mode those services were not delivered and now, three account has been fully locked without ability to use, and there are invoicing me for those locked out months without providing services. I've been a customer since 2009, spending over$***** cumulatively but the company is directing me to pay additional fees for months the service was intentionally locked out to me send like theft of payment for services not rendered.Initial Complaint

Hi Booked air tickets through one of the companies under EBix **** Tickets were booked on October 4th for travel on October 13th through their website via.com (this is one of their businesses). This ticket is for local travel within ***** but unfortunately Airlines cancelled the flight and we were not informed because via.com (Ebix) did not share our email to airlines to receive the notifications. Now, I have been emailing their customer service (today it completes a month) for refund where it is not my mistake anywhere. Until yesterday they were saying airlines is processing the refund and should receive it, moment I started copying the airlines, now they are saying they need an endorsed copy saying flight was non-operational. This is not easy to get so they want to delay it further. I am looking for my money (conversion to USD ~223. Attaching one of the email threads in this regard. I went through a lot in interacting with them and now very much frustrated for no one mistake from my end. Unfortunately they did not allow me to use my *** credit card, otherwise I would have disputed it. They accepted INR payment. Hoping someone from the parent org will reach out and understand this to resolve it and get my money refunded.Customer response

Hi, after multiple mails back and forth, they agreed to refund 85% or so to my account. Thanks for your efforts. I tried for that 15% and now I lost my energy
