Crown asset management LLC is not honest about their responsibilities of credit dealings this letter stating what Crown Asset Management LLC does with our information is evidence of misleading information according to 18 USC1001 this company states that its duty is to resolve debt but that is not the case because 31USC3123 is broken every day I never gave crown asset management LLC consent to view my personal information 42USC408 Violation.Review from Teri L

CROWN ASSET HAS BEEN HARRASSING ME ABOUT A LATE PAYMENT THAT WAS IN ERROR. THE PREVIOUS CREDITOR, COMMENITY BANK HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS AND WHEN THEY REALIZED IT WAS WRONG AND INSTEAD OF FIXING IT THEY SOLD IT TO ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY.... CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC.I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS TO THEM, FILLED OUT DISPUTES, AND WASTED WAY TOO MUCH PRECIOUS TIME FIGURING THIS OUT. DO I NEED TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY? I HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND GET ANSWERS WITH NO RESPONSE. SUCH A SCAM...ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT FILL.OUT ANY CRECIT CARD INFORMATION WITH COMMENITY BANK BECAUSE THEY SELL IT OFF TO OTHER CREDITORS LIKE CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT WHO MAY DO THE SAME THING BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ALL THE PREVIOUS INFORMATION AND ONY SCARE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS WITH THREATS OF LARGE ****** INFLATED INTETEST CHARGES.Review from Avery J

I was told by my creditor that my account was sold to **********************. I have been trying to call for nearly a month now to get this taken care of before it goes any further. I have left COUNTLESS voicemails and emails to this company and they will not respond back. I am trying to repay my debt before this gets any further and I am growing extremely stressed and worried. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I am in complete disbelief that they are basically refusing my right to take care of my own debt. I have the legal right to be aware of what is happening with my debt, and by not contacting me... they are refusing my right which is illegal. I need this business to call me back. I also have not received anything in the mail from this company. I was made aware of this through my creditor who gave me the contact information. This is extremely unprofessional.Review from La C

I was told my account was sold to ********************************************************************* and i have been calling and emailing and i havent gotten any response as to where i can send a payment, how much i need to pay or any information about my loan. I need some assistance as to what i need to do next. No one is reaching out to me or answering my emails, calls or voicemails.Review from Karen M

I was in a debt settlement program that set up settlement with the creditor on a debt. Apparently the debt that I paid for was sent too late and the creditor sold my account to **********************. Then I found out that the company that was in the program charged off my account sold it to **********************. Also, Crown asset management sold it to 2nd round. I looked into the program for my receipts for everything that I paid and settled, I didnt see this one particular account did not show a receipt. I investigated, and thats how I found out my account was sold. I have the paperwork proving that I settled and paid, Yet its showing up on my credit report as being charged off. Not saying that I settled and paid it. Im trying to get it taken care of but Im going in circles from one person to another. I dont know what to do and Im very frustrated 2ndrounds say that Crown Asset handles and Crown asset said that 2ndround is who has the account I need some answers and I need as soon as possible. This is very poor business and somebody should have answers and be able to help me with this situation .Review from LaShonda S

I got papers in the mail for a garnishment of a car I gave back in 2016 due to payments , I was never late or missed any payments on the car, I contacted Santander who told me to contact cascade who gave me crown asset number, which I never heard of and their name isnt on the papers. I do not owe any money to anyone yet this company Crown asset is trying to garnish me under false pretenses. Exactly why do I owe over $7k ? The car was given back in April of **************************************************************** the mail, WHY? All this seems suspicious and fraudulentReview from Shamika M

What is the purpose of the BBB if you guys are allowing people to ******* people about debts that they clearly have no knowledge of and I'm one of those people I don't have any debt nor do I owe anyone this is fraudulent on all accounts and acceptable at all this needs to stop and how are they even getting names to accuse people of these fraudulent terms
