Me and my boyfriend had came into furniture mall. And were looking for furniture. We originally had a loan under *****. In which the lady said no we will do finance here so behind her counter she was asking me varies of questions. And did my financing for me on her end long story short, we get the furniture we wanted. she told her after 3 months it will be paid off. Well on my credit it has been saying 78% paid off for the longest. So I thought to call the finance company. Just to find out our pay off amount is at $4,000. And we were told they can extend our paying to where we only pay $1,100.. which doesnt add up to me. I notified them that I do not have an act with them I was trying to log I to an act for the longest and had to call them to let me into an act I didnt know I had? well we were not told any of the information that was given to me from the finance company. Again we were told it will be paid off in 3 months! And we already paid $1,600 of it so far which all together it was $2,000.. so we are only suppose to pay $500 for to my knowledge to make it $2,000.. so why am I paying $1,100 more? ON top of that. They sent me my agreement .. come to find out this women did not give us anything to sign. Nor was an agreement sent to me. And she put my monthly income as $6,500/mo. WHICH IS FRAUDULENT. because again she did everything behind her counter. I dont make $6,500 a month. And not did I sign any documents only thing that was sent to me was an document stating how much we are going to pay biweekly. Nothing more nothing less. and I was a refund and return. Because you mean to tell me you put something on an application I did not authorize you to put? And Im stuck paying a high amount on information she seemed to have forgotten to tell us? No. I May have to *** this company for false information regarding my name being attached to me AND for tricking us out our money.

This finance is 90 days same as cash. It's up to you to pay it off in the 90 days. That is not the same as free financing! After that, you owe interest. Sure, you're mad now, but terms of the agreement are clear. Your review is unfair.
