I purchased a dining room set and it was delivered on 07/18/2023. After they set the furniture up, I noticed that the chairs were peeling. I noticed one guy set the table up inside the apartment while the other guy must have been assembling chairs on the truck or outside. I notified the store and they instructed me to text pictures of the chairs. They and implying that the chairs shouldnt be peeling after 1 day. I agree and have asked for a resolution. The store has stopped communicating. I need these chairs replaced or my money back.Business response

The customer bought some chairs from us last month. However, she bought (see documents) 4 of the same chairs from ** in 2017. These are the chairs she's complaining about. Some wear and tear happens in 6 years, and we are not responsible for that. We do not sell worn chairs.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I did in fact purchase a similar set (the darker color and darker chairs) in 2017. That set was sold on offer up in 2019 when I moved to *********, **. When I went into the store to inquire about this current set, I asked the lady in the store if she had additional chairs because the two on the showroom floor was also peeling. Whoever she called said they had 6 available.Why the h*** would I buy another set to complain about the chairs. Where is the other table them. Why would I need two tables and some worn chairs. I dont have the set that was purchased in 2017. Since you have records that I purchased a similar set, your records should indicate the color difference. I made the mistake of patronizing this business again. The fact that they told me to dispute this with my bank is ludicrous when I have the merchandise, the s*** is defective. This is bad business and I will never patronize such foolishness again.

It's not a similar set; it's the same set. Your photo is a stock photo of the lighter version of the set. Your attempt to pass off a different set as your purchase has failed. Refer to the two purchase invoices. We don't know why customers buy what they buy, and frankly, it's not our business.
