      I purchase a black furniture set which I finance and still making payments. I got the wrong color dresser which is tan.

      I purchased a sofa table from this company and they been up to the store that they had in **************** asking for my sofa table or a refund. They told me I needed to contact the home office and since June 2022, I have been trying to contact them but no one will answer my phone calls or return my emails. Which they have closed the colonial heights store without any notice or no refund. The last contact I have had with the store is in June 2022. Also, I tried to call the headquarters on the store because the person that called me was so rude because I wanted to know why was they calling me for a store credit when I have already purchased the sofa table. I told her I wanted a refund. I told her if they couldn't give me my sofa table someone should have called me and let me know that but no one could give me no resolve.

      Home Decor Outlets bought furniture total price ******** and put down $100.00 dollars on 6/20/22 at 5:44pm for my layaway and from 7/5/22 from 7/29/22 at 3:54pm paid $250.00 dollars a total payment of $350.00 dollars this business is closed and the doors are lock want my refund money back and want to file a complaint thanks .

      I purchased H**3132373636353035H from the location on *************** in ********* on July 18th. I paid $500 for a headboard, dresser and mirror. They initially told me they had it in stock. When we made preparations for the delivery, he said they couldn&#**;t deliver it until the store manager came back from vacation, about two weeks. I called and they told me that the headboard wasn&#**;t available. And I asked for a refund and they said it was passed the ************************************************************************************************ full. All I would have had to pay was the delivery fee.

      I paid off my layaway in December. Before putting it on layaway I was told that once it was 75% or more paid off They would order it. They told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I could get my furniture I went back in February they told me that it was out of stock. I asked for a refund they told me all they could do was give me a store credit I didnt purchase the furniture with a store credit I purchased it with cash so I am entitled to my money back. The manager told me that he went online and that pieces were out of stock and until they could get all the pieces I could not get it until then. I went to the Ashley ********** and was able to purchase all the pieces and they were not out of stock I am still waiting to hear back That my furniture is in but I want my money back the manager told me that if I wanted my money back I would have to go to the court to the magistrates office

      On July 9, *********************************************************** **************** ** #**. I paid $652.84 for the set. They told me it would be in by the end of the month. At the end of the month I tried calling and texting them to get an update and I didnt get a reply. I left plenty of messages and no one returned them. So one day I decided to go to the store to talk to someone. When I got to the store it was completely empty! There was no information posted on the door for a new location or nothing! I finally got someone on the phone from a store out of state and asked did the store in VA go out of business and he didnt know. He gave me the number to corporate and I been calling them leaving messages and some of the extensions I tried to leave messages on were full. Im tired and is fed up and stressed! I just want my refund! I have already purchased another bedroom set and need my money back!

      On November 6, 2021, I purchased a sectional couch from the Home Decor Outlet Store in ****************, **, for the total price of $3073.53 with an initial down payment of $50. The items were placed on layaway, and I have paid a total of $2850 towards the purchase as of 27 June 2022. During the month of July, the store was either closed on scheduled days or no one would answer the phone during business hours. I visited the store on 1 August, and the lights were on, but the store had been emptied out; only the business hours were posted on the door. The phone number remains active and asks everyone to text the number *************) for information. I visited the store on (5 Aug 222); the lights were off, the business hours sign was removed from the door, and all of the designated parking signs for the store have been removed as well. I have been calling the **************** *************) since 1 August, and all of their extensions provide the caller with a message "User Mailbox is full Good Bye." I have also texted both the local store and corporate office and received no assistance. Additionally, I have emailed their **************** seeking a resolution but have not received any replies back.Later in the evening on 5 Aug, I received a text from the **************** *************) stating the store in ****************, ** has lost its lease and is seeking another building for operations. I was asked by Mr. **** if I wanted to pay my remaining balance of $863 (The remaining balance was inaccurate only - $223.53 was outstanding) and arrange for the furniture to be ordered. I stated, No I would like to have a full refund of the monies paid. That was the last text received. I texted the **************** again requesting my refund on 12 August 2022, but I received no reply from the text. I am now filing a complaint to receive assistance in acquiring my refund.

      I put a dinette set in the layaway and I owe about ***** but I was told I had to wait for more inventory because they didn't have a dinette set at the time, so I would randomly call to check so when I called today I was told I had to buy what was left in the store or My money is going to be gone. They are closing the store tomorrow. The clerk in the store told me it's to late to contact anyone because when they close the door tomorrow their will be no way to contact anyone so you money is gone if you don't buy what ever we have left.

      I've purchased a Queen size bed and dresser. I was always told that due to COVID-19, shipments have been delayed. I kept calling and going to the store in person asking for my refund of $652.90. I only want a refund.

      Ordered furniture from the **********,** location, paid it off in full and was told it would be a few weeks before any shipments of furniture was coming in. Called to check in and see the status of my furniture, to no availability. Called again was told it would take approximately 2-4 more weeks. Call back within this time frame, now their phone is disconnected. I drove up to the location only to find out their secretly trying to close the location without notifying any of the customers, or trying to give them a refund. You call the corporate office and no one is answering the phone there either. I spent $1,047 for a headboard and 2 dressers. Ticket # T12-00192457
