            I purchased a home a little over a year ago. At my 11 month walk-through Rocklyn Home would not fulfill a particular concern. They blame I, the owner for water damage and actual crack on the back door frame. Poor craftsmanship by the contractor/builder is the cause which did not insulate properly. The only option I was given was to caulk and add weather strip; not addressing the actual problem! They claim the wood is treated however, there is a sign of serious water damage and wood rot. They claim act of God when this is regular rain where water in dripping. I am not the only homeowner that has experienced this. They have refused to address the issue and have not returned my call to their leadership. This is beyond disappointing and unacceptable. I would caution future buyers with this builder.

            Rocklyn homes are the absolute worst. Constant ACs issues! Literally have to call every week to get it fixed. Horrible build they half out the house together I have cracks in the plug in which I only been here 2 months! The are constantly hiring workers who cutting lines and having AT &T constantly come out to fix bc of their issues! Its just not worth the money or time to purchase from them! Not happy owner! Looking to sale as soon as I can bc this is horrible!

            Thank you for reaching out. This is the first time that we have heard of any issues with your HVAC unit. We will be reaching out to the vendor to see what is going on with your unit. It is our understanding that the landscapers cut the *** lines and in speaking with *** they were not placed in the dead zone. This is being corrected today per our conversation with ***. We apologize that you have had a bad experience in your home and look forward to addressing any concerns at your scheduled walk on 7/12/24.
