      The dealer had my wifes car for close to two months. I received a call from my Advisor saying the back order part has arrived and I can bring the car up there for repair. I told the Advisor the car is already there. He says oh, let me get my guys on it, to get your vehicle repaired. I get a call / text later in the day saying my wifes car was ready for pickup. The Advisor gives me the details on the repairs done to my wifes car. I informed the Advisor, I did not approve the replacement of the battery. The Advisor said, I remember us discussing the replacements of the battery, I said I remember the discussion too. I remember, me informing the Advisor I didn't want to replace the battery because he was unsure replacing the battery would actually fix my issue plus it would be a safety hazard being on the road and not knowing if my vehicle would start when my wife leaves from work everyday. I explain to my advisor, I feel like the dealership / service center are NICKELANDDIME me to death. Advisor stated we are not, we actually are not making any money on these repairs. My Advisor mentions we just installed a new POS system, so if you're using debit or credit card we have to charge you an additional 3%. I have never heard of a business of your size charge customers additional 3% to use a debt or credit for transactions. Overall the service I received was poor. Lack of communication ********************** Lack of awareness of my vehicle being on your lot for 2months, lack of creativity to come up with a solution to that would be beneficial to my family. Lack of Attention to ******* *** change stick in the top left corner was not changed, had the old sticker from when I brought my car in for repairs. I do not know if the oil was actually changed ).My family and I have always been a loyal customers to ***** brand but after this service experience, I would think twice about buying another ***** vehicle. I would avoid going to this dealership for any repairs.

      I recently took my Acura MDX to Acura Carland because the A/C would get cold for a few minutes and would start blowing hot air. On Saturday, 06/11/2022 I took the car to have Acura Carland check the A/C, on the same day we were told that it was the compressor and it should be ready on that following Monday. 5 days later we were told that the car was ready for pickup.We went to get the car after the compressor was supposedly replaced. On the way home we turned the A/C on and it blew Cold air for a few minutes and then the hot air starting blowing. We telephoned the assigned Service Advisor and he said to bring it back so we turned around and took the car back and the Tech that supposedly repaired the car, checked it and 1 hour later we were told that the Tech CHANGED THE **** and it has been working fine every since. So we paid $1,587.95, to replace the compressor BUT it WASN'T the compressor it was The Fuse. The ****/RELAY should have been checked FIRST. I would like a credit for the $725.00 labor that we were charged.

      When a compressor is bad it puts a strain on the electrical components including the relay contacts. We tested the compressor by putting power directly to it and found the compressor was bad and we replaced it.. Unfortunately we could not see that the relay had put under too much strain, so after the short bit of use it failed. We would be happy to speak with the owner at their convience.

      hello,

      I wanted to start by beginning I purchase a 2015 TLX in this location in 2018 this vehicle after I purchase it I started to do a noise which is it's called an elephant noise also the vehicle does Kicks that you can feel it inside the car
      However this vehicle has been in the shop since I bought it in and out the transmission was changed twice I currently to the service department and now the vehicle slow starting to making the noise again and it still kicks

      I do not want to go to this locational anymore do to a Theft incident that happened couple weeks ago when I was in service for my vehicle they do not have the professional skills to problem solve our customer satisfaction any other recommendations
