They have been charging me as a supplemental insurance to my ******** but have been paying next to nothing towards my plan. Most of the time they pay nothing. Don't be scammed by them. They come up with excuses why the didn't pay. Mostly the blame your doctor saying they didn't file the claim correctly. This happens all the time with them.Review from Patrick m

Couldn't get me to someone that either knows what company you're hiring to make calls on your behalf, or who can join in on the federal case to complain about someone claiming to be colonial Penn. (Seems they must be approving of these actions)Stop the spam calls Not approving of the people making the calls? Help track down the people making the calls.Review from James S

I got a quote and stated a policy on April 2nd. The policy was Supposed to start May 4th then, they took the money directly out of my account on April 4th and I did not authorize that and it ******** my account and it takes 9 business days to get the money back and now I'm screwed I'm gonna have fees that I'm responsible for an overdraft fee because they took money out that they weren't authorized to take out. Not a good way to start business. Very money hungry company that should be paying my ***** overdraft free because I authorized the withdrawing but on May 4 not April 4!Review from Doris R

They are stealing senior citizen money, I purchased an small policy so my kids could have extra cash to celebrate when I was gone I purchased in NOv-11-2022 cancelled Nov-14-2022 send all the form for cancellation and was promised a refund check 3 times never got it and today they tell me that I was not getting a refund. it not a big deal it was only $29.80 but it a matter of principal they advertised over 100 times a day and they are stealing the senior citizen money .Review from Emma J

I, *********************, inform them that I, *********************, have bipolar. The representative reported that the life insurance will be like $35 dollars a month. I am on social security, I have a limited income. I am 61 years old. I feel ******************* is reporting fraud on the *** I have call them, they will not contact their supervisor. I have made several calls when I ask the question, they hang up on me.Review from Ray P

If I could give no stars I would. They say no doctor but what they don't tell you is, soon as you give your ssi num they look up your pharmacy 2 yrs. Their commercial is a MAJOR lie.Review from Genevieve D

My uncle put his whole trust into them and they stole his money the day he died! He was caught up on all payments and when he died of lung cancer, they said he OWED THEM MONEY. They are awful scam artists looking to take advantage of the old and dying.Review from Diana M

I've been trying to cash out my life insurance with Colonial Penn because I have gone with another carrier. Colonial Penn customer services is giving me the run around. I see by the complaints registered with the BBB, that I'm not the only customer who has had problems with ********************** Penn.Review from Linda B

Premature policy lapse. Very stressful this happens anytime your a mouth and ahalf late.
