I posted a review a couple of months ago about Blue Diamond Movers holding my furniture hostage for more money. I moved in January and because I refuse to pay more than I was quoted, after seeing many pictures of customers damaged goods, and after speaking with many of the Blue Diamond employees, I still have not received my belongings. The owners insist there are two companies with the same name and the location in ******* is the honest company. I received a message from a woman last week claiming to be the wife of ********************** . She insisted their company is reputable and the 'other' Blue Diamond is crooked. After reviewing my messages and calls from January until last week, I have proof they are one and the same. My phone shows a myriad of phone numbers AND rude, threatening messages from Blue Diamond employees including **********************. I also received numerous calls from employees screaming and cursing me because I refused to pay more money for damaged and/or missing items of mine. No customers receive their belongings intact and undamaged. They respond to each negative review stating there are two Blue Diamond Moving Companies, one in ****** and one in *******. I have calls and texts saved from both locations. That is proof THEY ARE ONE AND THE SAME COMPANY. There were over ****** moving scams last year and if you are reading this, you are sadly one of those victims. I continue to be in contact with various legal entities in an attempt to hold these crooks responsible. Do not believe there are two separate companies. This company has done nothing but destroy our furniture and has not delivered our recliner. They will not return calls or emails for losses. They took 2 weeks to deliver my furniture and tried to charge me an extra 800$ to deliver. They would not deliver until we paid the fuel fee upfront and held our furniture hostage. This was after we had a receipt after pick up that stated paid in full. I warn you do not use this company. When I spoke to them to get my furniture back he called me an entitled ***** and that I am a woman and should be soft spoken and submissive for not wanting to pay an extra 800$ to deliver. I already paid 2000$ to move only 13 pieces of furniture. The movers themselves could not get the china hutch up the stairs and my husband had to help. No moving straps or anything to assist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely the worst service you WILL ever experience. I sincerely warn you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS AT ALL! Every person you speak to is a smart mouth disrespectful scammer! It's so bad that they rather change the name of the company time and time again rather than do anything to improve customer service. I honestly don't know how they have the audacity to operate as a company with such poor handling of folks personal property, customer service, etc. As I said, if you don't care about your things definitely use this company, if you don't want your items to get to you in piece then definitely use this company. They gave me a contract of $2,451 moving from ** to **. I was told I wouldn't get my things unless I paid $3,200. OH! And they broke my 65' television and offered me $80. I can't tell you how to throw your money around but throwing it anywhere near this company would be a HUGE MISTAKE! HUGE! You will truly regret using this company. I know what you're thinking, it won't happen to me. Oh yes tf it will! We ALL can't be lying, right? I mean all of us in different parts of the country telling the same lie about the same company? Sadly the *********************** recommended. They moved my neighbor cross-country and from the very beginning they were argumentative! Everything was wrapped in protective covers on pick up and lost somewhere along the way. Everything was received 2 weeks late at a higher price than contracted. Everything was broken! We used Blue Diamond Movers because we thought they would take care of our almost brand new furniture. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged with a couple of pieces beyond repair. I am shocked and so upset. We worked really hard for our furniture, and they tossed it around like it meant nothing. They also lost the legs and casters to our brand new couch and they are not replaceable. I don't know what we are going to do. It was a nightmare dealing with this company from the beginning. They provided a low estimate and then ended up charging us $6,000 more dollars! So we are out the money and our furniture. Very aggressive and hostile and so unprofessional...The truck was so dirty and ragged and really did not want my stuff on truck.They doubled the price and would not accept cashiers check and DEMANDED money orders or cash.Then gave me 2 different delivery dates which I'm still waiting on...DO NOT USE........Blue Diamond Movers LLC Response

These guys are hostile, misogynistic, and unprofessional. I guarantee the 5 star reviews are faked. We didnt mean to hire them, they were brokered to us through Captain *** Lines - please inquire with your moving company that they will NOT be working with Blue Diamond as a subsidiary. *********************** GC,**. We used moving solutions to for our move WTH out any idea another company would be involved Bluediamond movers from *******. They doubled the price of our move. An expensive hand truck was missing or stolen. A table support broken, a mirror damaged! Can not get ahold of either them or original contractor Moving solutions. I feel weve been royally ripped off! Unfortunately Blue Diamond Movers and the broker that hired them Moving Solutions are not reputable people. I have had nothing but bad luck with damaged goods, missing items (stolen or lost not sure which), and holding my delivery hostage until I paid more than quoted I would owe. I also treated badly by drivers when I explained that I could afford to tip them big money because of the increase of the final payment to get my belongings off the truck and into my unit.I would not recommend Blue Diamond to a dog moving his house. Continued to push pick up and delivery times back. Delivery men were aggressive when asked simple questions and dominated the conversation by raising voice. Lured me into waiving protection plan. Delivered half my items. Boxes wet and smashed. When customer service called, they were not concerned with customer experience at all. Did not call driver to ask if there was anything forgotten.
