      I brought my car in for service because I was hear a loud ticking noise coming from under the hood. I was told by the service advisor that is was a turbo problem and I was charged 4500.00 for repairs. I brought the car back because the noise continued and I was charge 4900.00 I got the car back and 3 days later the check engine light came on and I brought the car back to the dealer upon them checking out I was told that the engine would go out and there was nothing else they could do to repair. I then talked to the manager, He told me they would give me a credit for the 9000.00 that was paid, but I had to purchase another car from them, I was then referred to Shawn *** who showed me 2 Cars a 2018 S550 and a 2020 Mercedes S560. I told him I would buy the 2018 S550. He then told me that the credit could not be applied to that car.and I could only buy a brand new car in order to receive the credit. The New Car was 118,000.00 which did not have all the equipment that I wanted in a car.

      I am truly saddened that I have to report this business. The lack of integrity I have encountered truly is too much to bare. I have reported to the people in charge but they cant control how others operate or conduct business. We have purchased 4 cars ourselves in the past 3yrs from this dealership as well as referred over 10 people who have made purchases. & WE ALL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES! Yet, we still can NEVER get anything done when needed. Not to bring up any of the past issues, lets focus on the issue at hand. We took in our 2022 GLE 63S with 3k miles PURCHASED from them just to find out why the check engine light was on and have been told it will be a week and two days before they can even pull the car in!! Why the heck does it take that long to just see why the check engine light is on in this BRAND NEW OFF THE *** CAR. No apologies, no anything. Just wait & someone will let you know Friday WHY THE LIGHT IS ON. & IM SUUUURE I WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH for it to get fixed, and all of this without a loaner vehicle because they never have any available. This has happened on multiple occasions. They didnt even have a loaner when I booked my appointment a month in advance for yet another BRAND NEW 2021 S580 we purchased that needed service. This dealership does not conduct the WHITE GLOVE service that ******** **** advertise & what they have been known for. We love our cars but THIS dealership just isnt the go to place to purchase. Beware.
