  I brought my car in for service because I was hear a loud ticking noise coming from under the hood. I was told by the service advisor that is was a turbo problem and I was charged 4500.00 for repairs. I brought the car back because the noise continued and I was charge 4900.00 I got the car back and 3 days later the check engine light came on and I brought the car back to the dealer upon them checking out I was told that the engine would go out and there was nothing else they could do to repair. I then talked to the manager, He told me they would give me a credit for the 9000.00 that was paid, but I had to purchase another car from them, I was then referred to Shawn *** who showed me 2 Cars a 2018 S550 and a 2020 Mercedes S560. I told him I would buy the 2018 S550. He then told me that the credit could not be applied to that car.and I could only buy a brand new car in order to receive the credit. The New Car was 118,000.00 which did not have all the equipment that I wanted in a car.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/22) */ We are very sorry that you are not totally satisfied. This vehicle is 9 years old with 131K++ miles on it. Unfortunately at this mileage and year point there is a higher incidence of repair. In this case the first visit (11/3/20) required preventative maintenance such as front brake pads and rotors, flex disc which are universal joints which have to be replaced from time to time, belt and tensioner, and engine mounts. On the next visit(12/29/20) a turbo was making noise and we replaced the turbo. The vehicle also needed a new timing chain and tensioner. On the next visit (2/2/21) the vehicle was making an internal engine noise. Diagnosis and repairs were denied by you. On the next visit (5/5/21) the coolant hose needed to be replaced. None of the maintenance or repairs had any correlation with each other. In Feb 21' there were engine concerns which were turned down by you. Since then we were under the impression that you bought a car elsewhere. We would not be able to refund any funds for the repairs that were completed. We will also not be able to buy an engine.
