    Stop ordering from these scam artist all of her candles can be purchased on DHgate which is why it takes them 2 months or longer to receive these made up conjure candles from ***** she buys the popping sticks from amazon all these black people do is use us to support there lavish lifestyles and riches that they flaunt on social media not to mention they have horrible customer service and an attitude when u contact them about your missing order exactly why so many black business dont last

    I found Lala in 2018, during a very difficult time in my life.I have been practicing most of my life, but my energy was drained and depleted, and I wasnt comfortable doing my own craft.I had amazing results, and the candles smelled wonderful.I continued spending hundreds of dollars a few times a year, waiting 2+ months to receive them (though the confirmation emails have said ***** days for the duration of this time).Eventually, starting seeing some cracks.How was it possible for new candles to be getting made en masse, while she is vacationing in other countries?Social media isnt always real so I overlooked it. ****** obvious her daughter is in an unhealthy relationship. Then it became clear there was a bunch of drama surrounding them but here I was spending $70 on a candle for unhexing, healing, peace spelled by her?Then, when she started pushing her customers into an MLM where she was allegedly making a killing (so, double exploitation of the same customers), alarm bells started going off.Suddenly, shes everywhere. Magazines are writing about her, shes fully mainstream, living this incredibly extravagant lifestyle.Then she starts offering classes, which seemed a bit focused on self-help using magick. I started getting aspiring cult leader vibes at that point, and stopped spending money on her products.We started hearing about more and more drama and catty behavior from her and her daughters in the last couple of years.Last year she announces, shes closing up shop! No warning. Swears this is legit, this is real, has 60-70% off sales which took months to actually get to people.But then. The website never came down. New products kept getting added. Then she deleted everything about closing and is like yall thought I was done? Uhh, yeah, because you told us you were, convinced people to blow tons of money, and then said psych!And now today she announces shes closing again.Just look up ******************* lipstick alley.

    The company is definitely a scam. I found out a long time ago that her products are not as legit as she claims. Yeah the sigils that she uses on her candles are definitely real, but DO NOT conjure anything in your home until you learn about sigils. When I found out that she used the crackling candle sticks in her candles to make it seem like the "spirit" is communicating with you, I was shocked. Just ****** popping candle sticks in Amazon. Also, take note at how she sends these bogus emails claiming that "everything will be gone for good", when in fact she never closes shop. There are many forums in lipstick alley that discuss this. Don't buy any of those bogus rites either. Just save your money and look for legit spiritual workers cause lala and her crew is just another scamming group from the ATL

    I placed an order on December 22, 2023 didnt receive any update until march 14, 2024 as a pre shipment label was printed. I have emailed, left comments on social media for an update and have got absolutely nothing. I tried to file a claim with Route and its saying its too early ehich is strange. I am giving one star being it should not take 4-6 months to receive a product if it ever cones, the communication from the business is obe star. Not saying its the owner but please hire more people to assist with shipping and attending to emails. This is a multi million dollar company. Lets get it together. Slow down on the back to back sales as the team cant keep up.

    Horrible customer service! Been ordering her amazing products for 3yrs now and this year has been by far the worst service I have ever received. She keeps pushing out all these sales but you have to wait 3mos for your package AND you will have missing products from your already paid order. The customer service does not reply to resolve your issue. They only reply with an automated message. I really love **** and all she has done for the community but her team really let us down greatly. My friends and I will no longer order from her. Very hurtful to have someone you admire make you feel as if your support to their business no longer matters by throwing us to the team who ignores our emails and requests. Bottom line is, we will be taking our business elsewhere once we resolve our issue with this company. I do not recommend them based on the lack of their customer service, lack in communication regarding instructions for rituals and overall the negative attitude towards customers. Will not be returning and I am sad about that.

    I have been a customer since 2019. There used to be maybe a one month or six week delay Now its months. They hardly answer their **************** messages from me inquiring about my order. I actually havent received any response about a February 28th order that Im still waiting on, and it is April 12th. As much as I love their candles, this will be the last time I order from them because this is absolutely maddening that I have to wait months and also wait without any communications from this multimillion dollar company. Its beyond frustrating to send messages and just receive auto replies. I would suggest if you want to take a chance to purchase, utilize a credit card or PayPal where you can dispute charges of non-receipt for protection. I would not use my check card ever with them because theyre too lackadaisical when it comes to ship time or at the very least communication, about the shipping status. I think thats what most people ask for Some insight into potentially when their package will be ready. Ive been in **************** for decades know what good and great look like, and their customer service is quite subpar. Awesome candles, but pretty terrible follow through. Please do better, ladies!

    Yes, you will wait forever for your order. The current wait is 3-4 months. It's Apr 2 and I have a Dec & several Jan orders pending shipment. But the products are simply wonderful. The candles are beautiful, smell amazing, and they work (for me). Just be prepared to plan out your spells 6 months in advance. If you need something right now it ain't gonna happen. I went ahead and ordered things like *********** plus extra ************** for protection so I have them on hand if an emergency comes up. **** moved her warehouse & that was a huge part of the extended delay. I agree with others that she should probably hold off on the sales until she gets caught up, but if you order you WILL get it eventually. Also, if something was missing from an order, I've always gotten it fixed after emailing the 'order issues' email address. Those don't take as long as the original order, but it's still several weeks. I am leaving 5 stars to counter the 1 star I left when I was angry last November lol. The products are so good that I keep ordering despite the extended wait.

    I'm a first time buyer with this Company. I was referred by a family member. I placed on Dec. 22, 2023 for four items. Received a tracking number with a date of Jan.4, 2024. Here it is going to be March. They charged me $85. Email they business twice , with no response. ATP I would like a refund.

    I ordered 1 candle for court and still havent received it , Ive emailed over and over and Ive received an auto response email saying it takes 10-21days or 4/6 weeks to receive , its about to b march next week and court has passed , when I asked for a refund I again got the same auto response email ,Im a 1st time buyer and the last , ,I will dispute with my bank in morning , this is not good business , never again

    I placed 4 orders in Oct 2023 and received 3 of them at the end of December 2023. However, the last order I placed on Oct 20 2023 it seems like they forgot about it. I email customer service 2 times with no response. Only after I filed a dispute with Afterpay all of a sudden they created a shipping label and shipped the items. I finally received the Oct 20th order on Jan 29, ****. The order of course was missing 3 candles. I tried to file another dispute with Afterpay and I was informed I have to deal with the merchant. I have emailed the merchant 2 times and still waiting for a response. I noticed another customer had the same issue and was asked to provide proof of nonreceipt of items and an invoice. The merchant should have the invoice. In my opinion, this company has incompetent people working for her and she just doesn't care and is taking the money and running. I wish someone would get the district attorney involved and get a class action suit filed against this company.
