      I went to Americas Best Eyeglasses and Eye Contacts (National Vision, ***** such that I told the manager I am being charged too much money. He communicated to me any amounts overpaid will be refunded back to in the form of a check. This is NOT acceptable as I paid with my bank card. Therefore, I received an eleven dollar check from National Vision that went expired, because, I would have to travel all the way back to *********** ********, driving 126 miles to my bank to make a check deposit. I communicated to America's Best that I do not do business with checks, as its a 1990's way of doing business. Any refunds are to be placed back on my bank card used for payment. At this time, they have inconvenienced me in sending a check for overpayment that I am not able to deposit. National Vision, *** are to either refund the eleven dollars back on my bank card, or, make an appointment to America's Best Eye Glasses and Contacts and pay me eleven dollars in cash!

      7/28/21 eye exam &contact exam with dr Nguyen. Sent home with trial contact that werent for astigmatism. Picked up prescription glasses and they were to strong gave me a headache immediately. 8/9/21 redo eye exam with dr Rex. Provided another prescription for glasses and contacts but was incorrect. 8/13/21 redo eye exam with Dr. Tran provided a 3rd prescription for glasses and contacts. 8/24/21 picked up new prescription glasses and sun glasses and tried them out for a week. The prescription was incorrect and i cant read far distance. 8/27/21 called spoke to Gena and they wanted to reschedule me for another exam and asked about a refund she said yes come in Monday. 8/30/21 returned glasses and sunglasses Told no refund for exam! Asked for a manager and told she already said i wont get a refund. After 3 different prescriptions and its still incorrect going on 6 weeks now with out glasses. I need a refund for my exam $104 so i can get a correct exam done.

I do not accept the response from the company because when I call or go into the physical vision center they tell me they will not give me a refund!! II don't know who I'm supposed to talk to or where I'm supposed to go because the store manager is extremely rude and has specifically told me you will not get a refund for the eye exam you are responsible for the eye exam regardless if it was correct or not you were not getting a refund that's what she told me. How will this refund be issued? I am not going back to the store i have went there already 12 times and still no refund is issued.
