This company is a complete rip off. The salesperson didn't explain you can't cancel your program you signed up for without these clowns trying to charge you $212. Then they Force you to schedule an appointment you don't want, after 3 attempts, or they will charge you the $212. The customer, in this great country, *******, can't choose when they want to this ridiculous company to come out to your home on your property without paying the $212 penalty. In other words you're stuck with this unethical POS company. Then to make things worse, the first trip out to my home to remove warps from the front of my home, the guy they sent didn't even have a ladder. He also didn't clean up the dead warps from the front of my home. I had to sweep them up myself. What a worthless POS company. I'm canceling my credit card and reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Truth in advertising? I think not! My sales representative did an amazing job selling me on the service. His high-pressure tactics worked to a T. I signed up with Anthem Pest Control without doing my due diligence and boy am I paying for it now. Pretty much most of the selling points that I found to be so appealing are the areas in which I did not receive service. I needed pest control in my attic, the technician didn't even leave the ladder to inspect or put in traps. The technician was supposed to get down the spider webs in the garage and other areas, still have spider webs and the technician was extremely tall. I was charged for services twice in a span of less than four weeks and told that my plan only comes with 5 treatments instead of 12. I was supposed to have the entire baseline of my house sprayed (I have no bushes against my house) that did not happen. I was supposed to have my yard sprayed, but the technician did not even attempt to go into my yard at all. The person answering the phone stood ten toes down on the correctness of the charge and offered no alternatives. Had I looked at the lack of accreditation I would have stayed with my former company. This business should be shut down immediately because of their unethical business practices.

The customer service is very poor. Communication between the sale, management, and the customer service **** to the fullest. They come and spray and I still continue to see pest and spider and when you call them to report the issue, they always have weirdest excuse or the stupids excuse that they make up. I was inform the reason why I am seeing the pest still is that the spray that is done to house it take couple day to activate. It has been over two when they spray and I am still waiting for it activate. In my **** dream. They are suppose to clean all the spider web and ant nest and any other pest housing around the house so that can cut down the amount of pest that try establish a home around your house. The come up every time and they just completely skip that entire step. When you call customer service they just make excuse and send them out again and have them wasting my time. Not for their poor a** management, they are never available, never return call, and never follow up on the customer service poor service and so overall everyone seem to operate as they are covering for each other. As much as they continue messing up and not doing there job as they should, they never want to issue a refund. I surely will never use this company again.

I have made several complaints regarding this company, as upon my first initial service the tech who came didn't not explain anything he would be doing as he stated "you wouldn't understand what it means anyway". To find him only poking around the second floor, and not actually spraying anything but asking about items in the home. upon his exit, I noticed a item missing from my home, in which it was after 5pm on Saturday and I called **** to report the matter, he assured me it would be reported and handled. Later the tech called me accusing me of lying and he didn't remove anything. I later called **** again, advising him of the call, and let him know I no longer wanted services and no longer trusted this company in my home. Fast forward, to being billed, as the termination of services was never filed and now they are trying to charge me $249 for some early cancellation fee, which should have been waived given the request for termination. This company is as fraudulent as they come. I will handle this further with my bank as the rep threatened me with collections filling if I did not pay the early termination fee, as if they didn;t see the reason for said request. Its like y'all tech stole from my home and now the company is trying to steal from my bank account. Run as far away from these ppl and paid ****** reviews they use to ******* ppl into services.

I have several complaints about anthems service on several occasion: when i started my contract they double charged me for my house and someone else house, this took at least 2 months to resolve. Please do NOT give them a card number for a one time payment they will keep charging the card, when SPECIFICALLY tell them NOT TOO. Secondly I had called for ant treatment in my front yard they came out and treated the house across the street from my house, i watched them pull up anthems vehicle and the person sprinkle pellets in there front yard instead of mine. I called informed the person over the phone what happened she told me that, the person knocked on the door no one came to the door and they treated the yard. Of course like i told her the WRONG yard i sat and watched them through my window doing another person yard. Then told me it will be a couple days before someone can come back out to treat my yard. After this incident i just stop refusing services, i have called and told them to put in notes call before coming, they stated they CAN NOT DO THAT. i have rejected service numerous of times, they just keep coming back. Also this last time a person came i assumed he had earplugs in he could not hear me talking to him through the doorbell, rejecting service and again i got charged for service that i don't know if it was done or not. This company has provided me with too many issues, i should not be stressing about, i just want my service contract terminated.

On 2 occasions this company has sent out technicians and they did not compete the service. The first occasion the technician pulled into my driveway and sat there in his truck for about 5mins and then pulled off. NEVER got out of the truck. He then sent an invoice saying he completed the service which he never did. I have cameras around my entire house. So I literally watched him do nothing. Second occasion the tech was at my home for about 5mins. Did not spray anything but the front door and in front of the garage and left. He was supposed to spray around entire house, treat the entire lawn, mulch and sweep high areas. None of that was done. The company told me on both situations that the tech was fired. Wow really. They wont have any left if they keep that up. Find a reputable company because Anthem is not it.

I told them we always spray around the window frames, door frames ans top of the house bc of the attic. Bugs get in that way to. And i wanted our play set included ans we had ant problems. I was told no problem! Ans that upon signing up they would do a new service Sweap they would blow out behind the outlets, look and access in the attic and inside the house and even include out shed we have out back. NONE of that happened. I was told no contract, cancel at anytime and if i chose to cancel it would be $60 (thats why i was okay signing up ) they sprayed twice at our house. We had 5 spider nest. These spiders were as big as my hand. And 8 fire ant mounds in our yard. Its almost as if there stuff attracted them all. I wanted to cancel for our spray in December bc we have no big spider problem when its cold. They advices they cant just skip bc of contract and i was canceling bc there stuff doesnt work. They only sprayed along the bottom of the house. Suppose to spray the yard to but it doesnt seem like they did. We had to go out and buy our own stuff bc the spiders are a problem with out small children who play outside. Ans we also live along a forest. I had to pay $240 to get out of said contract. I told them they need to speak to whoever goes to houses ans inform them to rely the right information before They get sued for the pyramid scheme they are selling and that i needed an email to confirm cancelation for my records . I never heard a response after that. I called to cancel and they never answered my phone call. I left a message and got an email an hour later confirming cancel. Dont sign with these people. They are expensive and there products dont work. Our grandparents pay $60 every three months for there pest control and they spray and do EVERYThing. And its no contract and have never signed a thing.

wow, never been deceived in your face one of a kind way.Can we give negative 100 stars?Lacking in every aspect of business, but most importantly they won't hesitate to lie directly to your face.I am sure everyone is familiar with 24 month contract. I promise you 12 month is not going to happen. You sign a contract, its for 24 months, but they will lie directly to your face, you can sign for 12 month option. Remember, they will charge you $249 for early termination fee.
