I purchased a Dolphin Advantage from ****** pool supply company in June 2024. After a short period of use the filter basket wouldnt stay closed. I contacted ****** and was told to contact Maytronics. I was told the replacement would be sent in 7-10/business days. After waiting over 2 weeks (brand new pool cleaner couldnt be used) I contacted maytronics againthe part is out of stock. I asked to send a new cleaner. Then I was told a better filter would be sent and the 2 yr warranty would be extended 6 months. That would extend the warranty over the winterbeing of no use to me. Im still waiting. Today I was told it would arrive 7-10 business days.Worst customer service!Review from Matt B

The Nautilus CC Plus is not reliable. I have sent mine in four times for service in the two years I have owned it. All four time was for the same problem.Before sending it in for the third time under warranty I requested a full refund, to which they replied I must request that from the seller. The seller said I had to get with the manufacturer (Maytronics) to recieve a refund. Then maytronics said they could not give me a refund, so I sent it in for warranty repair. When I got it back, it immediately had the same problem the manufacturer was supposed to repair the first three times.The fourth time I sent it in for warranty they replaced the whole unit with a refurbished one. I went through the set up process and the power supply wouldn't not communicate with the vacuum. Then I noticed the handle of the vacuum was cracked on both sides. Needless to say I am not happy with the product and it is not reliable.Review from james s

I bought a dolphin pool cleaner from this company. the unit stopped working after the third use. i have spent 2 months e mailing this company, given my units id number never to hear from them again. i would never recommend any one buy anything from this company, They are definitely running the clock out to run the unit out of warranty, stay away from this companyReview from VADIM A

Terrible customer service. I purchased a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus for $799 on 5/22/24 and it stopped working on 7/20/24. When I reached out to customer service about receiving a replacement or a refund I was told that they would repair the equipment for free but I would be responsible for shipping. Laying the cost of shipping a heavy piece of equipment on the consumer after only 2 months of use is ridiculous, in my opinion. I could accept the responsibility if the equipment were significantly older but after 2 months I feel that a pre-paid shipping label from the company is a reasonable request to make. I don't believe Maytronics/Dolphin stands behind their customers or their quality. I will never purchase another piece of equipment from this company.Review from Jennifer H

Worst customer service ever! Bought a Nautilus 5-23-2024, have been unable to use it once! The wheel was broken and called customer service, on hold over an hour, said they would send a new wheel since its under warranty, it never arrived! Call AGAIN, said they would send the part, it arrived timely but was not the complete part , have spent $100 renting a pool vacuum until I can get this one repaired!!! Just not been the a good experience! Called again today, the customer service Rep was super nice and said she would send the part, I tried to explain exactly what was broken so hopefully this will be the correct and complete part this time!Review from Ryan A

I had to return a power supply that I purchased from Maytronics. I followed their instructions in shipping the product back. I have my tracking information and even the name of the Maytronics employee that signed for my returned item. That was the first of June. Since then I have called their customer support every week trying to receive my refund and have been told every time that a manager will call me within 24 hours and issue my refund. Buyer beware with this company. I am not only out a power supply but the money as well at this point. This is not the way to operate a business.Review from Celeste O

This company is a Sham and Scam if you are owed a refund due to a returned item. Begging to receive my money back has been one smoke screen reason after another. Do not order or deal with this company, they are unscrupulous and Not at all American in Standards or Operations.ScamMaytronics US Inc Response

I bought a Dolphin Nautilus CC in 2022 and it hasnt been a full two years of me using this device and it broke. I bought it through Amazon. This robot is a nightmare!! Please save your money. The robot would move on its own when I turn it off. I am still under their warranty and called them. They told me to bring it to one of their local partners who can fix my robot for free. Instead that person charge which I didnt expect pay. After it being fixed, the robot moves very slow, like a turtle, and keeps stopping. I dont recommend it. Very unhappy.Maytronics US Inc Response

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My dolphin stopped working, I called for support and the device was needed to be sent in. I was given a one time free shipping label to send the device in, and they were to fix it and send it back. When I checked tracking a few days after I dropped the device off at my local fed ex drop off station, I noticed it had not moved. I contacted fed ex to ask why, and was told that I was given an old shipping label, and this label showed as delivered already and was untraceable, and there was nothing they could do. They had no idea where the package was. I contacted Maytronics immediately, and explained the situation. I was told that they would escalate it to management and would call me back by the end of that business day. Well, guess what, no phone call back. I called back, the wait times are astronomical and being on hold and trying to work a job is difficult. When I did get someone, by the name of *****, I had to explain the entire situation again as no documentation was done the first time. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with him, and was told that his supervisor **** was calling fed ex right then and would call me as soon as that phone call was finished with an update. 4 hours later, no return call. I call again, wait for an agent, explain my whole situation with giving her every detail of me just to ask to speak to ****. Guess what? No response again, **** is still working on it and going to call me back when she has a resolution. SO... My machine is lost in the mail, due to an incorrect label given by your staff and you don't have a resolution. I think I would ship out a brand new device and make my customer happy. Summer is going to be over before this one gets found. But, I will await a call from Yasi, as both **** and ***** has assured me would happen... Will update if I get a response. Until then I will warn everyone I know about this company.Maytronics US Inc Response
