    I have listed my condo for sale with a real estate agent who is listed in FMLS/MLS. Virtual Property has been harassing me for days with text messages that sound like they are from someone that I know. I have blocked several of their text messages yet they persist. The latest one came this morning at 8 AM!!! Note that today would be the 4th of July a ****** holiday! I have zero interest in speaking with these a** clowns. Also, what they are doing is a violation of Realtor code of ethics to contact a seller directly who is listed in FMLS/MLS.

    I had a very negative experience with Virtual Properties Realty, specifically with *********************. I called them to ask for mentoring for one of their agents *************** as there was confusion on a house she sold regarding a covenant, easement and other strict regulations. *****, a broker, was unprofessional, dismissive and a very poor listener. She talked over me and would not listen to the facts. She said she would talk to ***** and follow up, but she never did. She just got me off the phone.***** did not take the time to understand the whole situation as she wouldn't listen. I contacted *********************** and instead got another unprofessional email from ***** making false claims because she didn't take the time to talk to me to get the facts. It appears ***************** be a bottleneck to get to the owners which is negative. It is critical for all companies to ensure a positive customer experience at all times. Every interaction with a customer (or potential customer) should be helpful and engaging as that interaction reflects on your brand. ***** failed in every aspect of customer experience. She allowed her ego to control her and conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner.VPR's mission mentions doing what is right and fair and creating a win-win situation while focusing on honesty and integrity. ***** was not fair, did not create a winning situation and did not show integrity by not handling the problem and not following up when she committed to do so. I came to VPR with a simple request, mentoring for ***************, what I got was a new problem with *****. That is the opposite of a positive fair customer experience. ***** needs mentoring from senior leadership. I can understand why they have such a low rating here. I would not recommend this firm.
