Four months ago I sent a letter to TeleCircuit explaining I no longer have a land line and I wanted to cancel the service. I attempted to call the different phones listed in the bill, as well as the ones online, to no avail. All are disconnected. Las month I sent a copy of the letter of cancellation with a note stating this service should have been cancelled. Instead, I continue receiving bills, which increase month by month, to the sum of $24.38 this month. I do not know what else to do. Is there a number I can contact so my credit does not get affected.Initial Complaint

Had an account with TeleCircuit when I had Century Link as a phone provider.Canceled service in March of ********************************** July 2022. Have tried contacting company and the info on the **** is no good. Phone has been disconnected. No email. Wrote on **** sent **** back no answer. **** comes from ***************** and is paid to TeleCircuit at P.o. box ****** in ******* **. 48255-4888. Don't know what to do don't want to have credit issues because of them. **** due date for last statement is due 8/17/2022 and is up to $21.17 Every month it goes up by $1.33 Thank YouInitial Complaint

Had **** as phone providedr who enrolled me on Telecircuit for international calls services. I cancelled **** services a year ago, but still receiving bills from Telecircuit who keeps sending a **** for services not provided, we have tried to cancel any service, phone ************ is disconnected, email sent to ***************************** on Sep and Oct 2021 was not answered. Sent a letter to PO box ****** canceling anything and including a check for 20 dollars was nevered responded, but checked was cashed. Please help me take care of this issue.Initial Complaint

I am writing for my 92 yr old mother who has tried to cancel TeleCircuit long distance service sinceMay14 2021. Her account number is **************. On May 14, 2021 my mother paid her **** and included a letter to cancel her long distance service. I have called the customer service number listed on the **** and have always got the message that the number is no longer in service. I found an email contact of ***************************** and reintegrated that my mother no longer wants TeleCircuits long distance service and that service was to be cancelled in May, 2021. My mother again received a **** but it is now for the months June thru December. My sister told her to simply throw away the bills but I want them to stop harassing her also with all these bills. There is no way of speaking to a person or verifying if letters are received. I see multiple addresses for this company. Payed $ 45 and never got any service. They took over my long distance service from att without my permission.
