      All of our vehicles are carefully inspected and routinely maintained for services like oil change by professional technicians at a certified third-party facility. Please be mindful that we are a used car dealership. We make sure that any imperfections will be repaired before the vehicle is ready for the sales floor.
      In state of Georgia all used car sales AS-IS unless dealer give to customer their own warranty or customer buy service contract. In this case the customer bought a service contract. If the warranty company doesnt cover damage to your vehicle, unfortunately is not on us.  You can file a complaint against them.
      We are always available to help our customer as much we can.

      The car was bought February 21st and not even 2 months later the engine is blown. As soon as we told the dealership about it, all of a sudden they dont have any record of us buying a car from them although we have all of the documents. We have been trying to get in contact with **** and he is never available and has been declining our calls. The warranty that we purchased with the vehicle is no use whatsoever. This dealership is just shady and they had to have known there were issues with the car before selling it to us because we are not the first to experience this based on their reviews. Not to mention we made an application as co-signers and later found out that the loan went through as co-buyers.

      I gave 4 thousand dollars down payment on my vehicle literally in two weeks it broke down I was told I have warranty as I have paper work on that took it to get it fixed and now I am having to pay $12,000 to have it fixed I contacted the dealership they do not care they wont give me my down payment back and Im stuck with a non working vehicle . This place is known on taking money fast from people and all cars break down and they will not fix it nor trade it or assist you in any way this place needs to be shut down immediately it has happened to multiple people

      I purchased my vehicle with Atlanta direct auto and in two weeks my vehicle has broken down and I keep having the run around no one is willing to help me I lost thousands of dollars and no one cares they are horrible at their business and I am not the only person they have done this too I really hope your company looks into their business as this is devastating.

Regrettably, we must inform you that your warranty is presently inactive due to an outstanding balance of $2750 owed to the dealership. base on bill of sale, total down payment was $6000 and we only received $3250. It is imperative to address this balance promptly, as any delay in completing the payment hinders the process of activating your warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because: the down payment has nothing to Do with the warranty. After speaking with westlake financial who approved me the loan for the vehicle I was informed of what I need to do . The bad reviews with pictures and proof of your bad services and vehicles breaking down and no one helping is all over ****** I am not the only one . This place needs to be shut down immediately.

      This business engages in fraudulent charges for repair. They kept our vehicle for over 6 weeks and tried to charge us for repairs that were not required based on their diagnostic test AND an independent *** certified center diagnostic. When we brought the irregular charges to the attention of the business, they removed the charges on the invoice, then they tacked on ANOTHER false charge for a repair that was not needed and we again raised questions about it, The owner was belligerent, rude and verbally abusive. The police had to be called to the scene for us to even have a respectful conversation with the employees. Ive never had such a horrible interaction with a business.

      This Customer brought the vehicle to a 3rd party repair facility that our dealership works with. The customer specified certain repairs that he wanted to be completed. The customer provided his own parts for the repairs due to it being outside of the warranty guidelines which were confirmed by the warranty company and the customer was also aware of. The parts were replaced as the customer wanted at this shop. There were certain repairs that had to be completed at another shop due to the reprogramming required for the parts to work properly since it is a European vehicle. The customer did not agree with a radiator hose that had to be replaced due to it cracking and leaking and needed to be replaced to make sure the vehicle did not overheat and damage the engine. This charge was waived for this customer. The labor rate that the shop charges was also discounted to accommodate the customer. He still did not agree with the labor costs on the repairs even though they were a 1/2 the price of what a European shop would have charged to replace the parts requested and for the reprogramming required. We assisted the customer with getting his repairs completed and we also paid the full bill to the service centers for him as well to accommodate his request to pick up the vehicle on Sunday. This way the customer just had to reimburse us for the invoices provided by the repair facilities. At the end of the day the customer paid for the parts that he had wanted replaced and we had to pay the difference in the labor rate that he wanted to negotiate on. Unfortunately, we should have just let the customer handle this with the shop himself and let them work out the payment details. We were just trying to provide good quality customer service and try to make it an efficient process for the customer. ********************

      I bought a 2012 challenger at Atlanta direct Auto I put ****** down bc of my credit and I had 1 repo on my record to get approved long story short the check engine like came on after purchase he said its just an o2 sensor when my bday came around for me to pass emissions I failed twiced took the car to dodge dealership and they said the car cant pass emissions bc its straight piped the car doesnt have catalytic converters or ************************************************************* his office like a girl scared bc he knew what he did the manager there was the only person there who herd what my situation was again I did no modifications to my car why would I and I just bought it the real question is how did the car pass emissions last year when I purchased the car but wont pass now Bc the emissions was done faulty thats the only real explanation for all this they should have never sold the car to me if it wasnt going to pass inspection I went to dodge for a dynastic inspection they said the car doesnt have catalytic converters or o2 sensors connected bc the car is straight piped it was sold to me with an impossible way to pass emissions I have failed twice I contacted the owner he said that he will fix it if I buy all the parts and he will discount me on the labor thats a bad deal I think someone did something funny with the emissions bc I cant pass inspection without catalytic converters or sensors so how did it pass last year before I purchased the car but wont pass 9 m later when my bday come around I did no modifications to the car the car was sold with cut outs on it witch is basically straight piped I didnt know until the dodge dealer told me I would have not purchased I looked it up its illegal a federal violation to sail a car without a catalytic converter bc u wont pass emission its not fair I have to pay my car note but cant drive my car my tag is inspired and I cant trade the car in im negative ***** in equity in just one year

In regards to this particular case, the vehicle in question was purchased on May 27, 2022 and was accompanied by a passing emissions test completed on 4/24/2022. It is important to note that the vehicle was sold "as-is," but the customer opted to purchase an extended warranty.
      We would like to strongly emphasize that any modifications or aftermarket parts added to a vehicle after purchase can potentially impact its ability to pass emission tests. Such responsibility lies with the customer, as outlined by state regulations. We took the time to explain to the customer that they could have the necessary repairs performed at a designated repair facility, with the added benefit of a discounted rate. Unfortunately, the customer declined this option.
      In reference to the customer's down payment: Down payments are a requirement for the finance company based on the risk of the loan. Having a repossession adversely affects credit history and the likelihood of the payments being made to the lender accordingly with the contract. This as well goes for the interest rate that the lender charges due to the risk of the loan. The higher the interest rate is for a loan, the more interest that is applied monthly as well additional interest if the payments are not made on time. This means that when the customer makes their payments to the bank a majority of the payment being made is applied directly to the interest not the principal balance. By making more than the monthly payment or paying early you can avoid paying some of the extra interest. The customer can refer to an amortization schedule for more information.

      Despite the owner's absence during the customer's visit to the dealership, our management team exhibited patience and attentiveness while attempting to assist the customer in resolving the issue. We genuinely endeavored to find a satisfactory solution, but regrettably, the customer declined further assistance.       Prince ******** I have no reason to lie your a fraud on my momma and son the car was sold to me as is but gA law requires all cars to pass inspection I dont wanna here it pass last year it cant now I wasnt there I dont know if u think Im playing but my next step will be getting a lawyer sir it aint fair that Im stuck with a car I cant drive I didnt do nothing to that car I had just gave u ****** I didnt have the money to do nothing extra especially what ever After market exhaust thats on the carit was already there witch is cut outs who ever had that car was racing the car Im not a racing Im not gonna let up bc Im the one who got F and u know it in yo heart what would u do if u got a car put all that money down and couldnt pass emissions but the dealer telling u it can pass im pretty sure youll be just like me so I guess its go be me and you in court I will get a lawyer to further investigate this purchase and car emissions

      I purchased a vehicle here not too long ago. For starters, I was mentioned to put $12,000 down. I put down $10,000 cash and they told the financial institution that I fully paid the $12000 down payment and that I owned and drove the vehicle home (WHICH was not true! I did not have possession of the vehicle - which is fraud). A week after they told the banks I owned the vehicle, I was finally given the car to see all the repairs it needed. From day one the entire touch screen did not work! I test drove this vehicle once, and on that test drive there was no noises, screen worked and all. The day I get the car the screen does not work at all. The car has an extremely loud ticking noise and a screeching noise from exhaust. Then a few days later the check engine light came on! They told me they would fix this and I drove 4 hours to come back to the dealership for them to not cover a single repair. All they offered was to partially pay for the labor on the screen. As if lying to the financial institutions wasnt enough, my car is defective. If that isnt enough, I called the owner. He was extremely disrespectful, cutting me off from speaking even though hes completely in the wrong lol. Then I told him I will come up to the business and file a BBB complaint, he cursed me out and told me h*** call the cops on me. I have all of that on video. I thought this was a good dealership for business but I was very wrong. They sell trashed auction cars, and dont care about their customers. I will be pursing further action due to the fraud.

      I purchased a vehicle 12/1/22 from Atlanta direct auto. My deal was transactions at the time by a finance manager named ****** at 11 at night. He explains he had a firmed that work for Veros credit and the loan will be finalized in the morning. How I ever i was still forced to purchase my OWN insurance and and down payment of 2k in cash. Which technically should have been financed through my loan. In result my loan wasnt personalized until January which is reason I didnt make payment. Nor did I even have permanent tags. I went to dmv twice and was pulled over numerous times for expired temp tags due to Atlanta direct auto not sending in the proper registration because they were waiting on Veros credit. Which I paid $20 cash for tags to ******. Idk why. I just received tags two weeks ago and was told I owe 2k in late payments. But Ive been calling Veros for weeks and they are very hostile and rude and demand payment or return vehicle. I called today to give in and make payment and they say they dont want payment. That they need me to return vehicle to dealership because they bought the loan back. Which they did not. Which ****************. The new finance manger told me today as of 2/24/23 He will call back in morning. He told me that ***** is telling me the nice way that they dont want to finance me anymore. Which isnt legal. Not to mention if I return vehicle theyre saying they will put a repossession on my credit. I just dont understand how and why it shows ***** on my credit for 30k but they claim Atlanta direct auto bought the loan back. Its clear they have back room conversations and keeping me in the dark and violating my consumer rights.

      This complainant purchased and financed a vehicle from Atlanta Direct Auto.  He failed to make any payments on his loan.  *** financial institution canceled the loan.  Because of this complainant's failure to abide by his financial obligations, Atlanta Direct Auto was forced to write a check in excess of $27,124.01 to the financial institution.  *** complainant has been driving the vehicle illegally since December 1, 2022, and refuses to return it.  Atlanta Direct Auto is notifying the police and initiating a lawsuit against the complainant.

      Atlanta Direct Auto is in the business of selling cars.  We would not ask a client to return a car unless the client refuses to pay for the vehicle.  *** complainant's assertions are not logical.

      I have receipts, texts messages and recorded phones calls by me with ******************* from Atlanta Direct Auto contradicting everything that he claims will be more than happy to see him court. especially when my address is on file and attempted numerous times to call shabbaz when the situation first occurred and have been up yelled at and hung up on numerous times  and have the recorded calls to prove. On my part and never have claim that I paid FULL AMOUNT and well aware I was LATE and OWE more money  but to claim NO MONEY was ever paid Is a LIE  and they will be held accountable. Atlanta direct auto is doing anything to save face and put blame on the customer. till this day no one from ******************** has called me and asked to pick up the vehicle, or better yet just came by home to simply PICK IT UP. (Which seems like common sense) if Im illegally driving it, how could I come drop it off or do you the favor. Is not my responsibility anymore as you claim. which I never had an issue with Atlanta direct auto picking up care. and I HAVE NOT been driving they vehicle, which actually been parking in the side of my drive way for the last 2 weeks. Im thankful to have to THIS DOCUMENT claiming Ive been driving the vehicle illegally since Dec 1 which is ridiculous because thats the day I PURCHASED the vehicle and put 2k dollars down for. For whatever reason my contract wasnt finalized until WEEKS later which was due to negligence by Veros Credit & Atlanta Direct Auto LAST finance manager. Which whom also Mr.******* is suing in small claims court. so again. Ive been calling for them to retrieve vehicle and correct my credit report. Which STILL shows I have an ACTIVE loan on my credit. Trust me, I would be fully prepared to proceed to court.

And the finally came yesterday to pick up vehicle. With no problem. They know they messed up and are trying to save face.  Now they cant leave comment for BBB LOL.
