      I put 2000$ Cash down on a 2012 Infiniti M37 just a week ago on my third day of driving I was on the expressway and my car started skipping almost causing my car to be hit and dragged down the expressway!! Not to mention the car has overheated already so I took it back and asked for a refund and they treated me with no respect saying there going to take the car to the shop and let me know from there leaving me carless and outta 2grand and they wont let me talk to the owner personally I just want a simple refund this place is bad business I almost died thanks for your concerns have a blessed day

      I been jipped by Duluth Auto exchange and all I want is my refund I purchased the car 7days ago it went out on the eway luckily I was by the shoulder and got off the eway and it has cut off in the middle.of me driving 3 times telling me the transmission is no good and the car is very overheated all I want is a refund the staff so terrible they wont even let me talk to the owner but the owner was there when they collected my ***** dollars please help me get my refund I work to hard for my money to get robbed by car dealers Duluth Auto has to do better I left the car there took a Lyft home more money gone please help

      This vehicle mentioned above was sold AS IS. The vehicle was sold and left the dealership in good driving conditions. The customer had the option to look at the vehicle and drive the vehicle which the customer did, and the customer also had the option to take the vehicle to get inspected, which the customer didn't. The customer came back driving the car overheated, with no coolant in the engine, which can lead to many more costly repairs. Even though the car was sold AS IS my employee spoke to the customer and offered him a solution, which was to take the vehicle to our trusted mechanic for an inspection. The customer denied that and said he wanted his refund which we told him was not possible since he had already purchased the car. We also had someone drive the vehicle after topping off the coolant for about an hour and a half and the vehicle did not malfunction in any sort of way. Taking care, doing basic maintenance and check *** on the vehicles sold to customers is not our responsibility. The customer should check his or her fluids regularly if they fail to do so, it is not our problem.
