  I reached out to Pella in regards to getting three pocket windows installed in my house. Initially* ***** came out to measure the windows first. He felt uncomfortable with the measurements he did and sent another colleague of his out to do another measurement. After the second set of measurements were done* the order was placed for the windows by *****. We received the windows and found out the measurements were wrong. I reached out to ****** general manager ( *******************) who informed me they could as a resolve cut the sheet rock* framing and expensive molding to make them fit. Also that would require a metal angle iron to support the brick work. Therefore we declined and asked for them to reorder the windows with the correct measurements. After* we agreed that window *** * a third party company would come out to remeasure the windows and ***** would place a new order for the windows with the right measurements free of charge. On the contrary* we would be forced in signing a contract with window *** before ***** would order any windows. We would need to sign a contract with Window *** before they would release the measurements to *****.I reached out to ******************* (the supervisor of the franchise)* then corporate who tried to assist with **** and *** ( general manager) with a resolution. Then *** called and stated he would use the window *** measurements he has or have a Pella representative to remeasure the windows so a new order can be placed and was waiting on an approval voucher for the windows to be replaced. As of this date* per our conversation with *** we have yet to have an update and would prefer to have a total refund.

  I called Pella windows and doors to come out and give me estimate on a patio door. The Representive, ***************************, came out and quoted me a price of ********. He said we workwith a finance company call GreenSky they will give you an interest free loan for 48 months we said ok he immediately let us apply for the loan thru doc and sign well we were immediately approved for $5,000.00. I said I dont want $5000.00 I only want to be approved for the amount of the door. He said well thats all you will pay for is ******** they always give you more the monthly payments will be ***** dollar a month. they always approved you for more than the amount. he said maybe you can add a window i said i dont need a window the statement. I did not feel good about that so I said I will just wait for the truth and lending statement well it took them 7 days to send it to me and when we got it it said loan amount is $5,000.00 amount financed $5,000.00. 5 payments 0f 0 and 47 payments of 104.17.Also no money will be refunded also in the statement it said that give they give Pella a quarterly fee for using their company. I feel that I am being scam We did not sign the agreement and called Greensky immediately and cancel the application. However they are continue to send letters and say you have a balance. I contacted Pella and the Repr. said he would reach out to Greensky so now they sent a letter saying all you will pay is ******* but the payments will remain the same even after we told them we do not want the loan. We do not ever want to deal with Pella or Greensky and do not want them contacting us. We trusted Pella and they let us down. We want the agreement with Pella Null and Void because they mislead us with the financing. So many people can get caught up in this trap. We did call Pella to say we do not want to deal with them again.

  The sales rep communicated with customer multiples times that they were approved for $5,000 but only the needed amount will be used and they will not be charged the full $5,000. They were also directed to management and the Greensky representative who also explained the situation to them. This customer was ONLY charged for the product amount and nothing more. The last time their Pella rep explained this to them a final time they said they understood and did not have any more questions regarding the financing. The customer has an issue with Greensky financing and not Pella Window and Door of Georgia.
