              My first problem is I always come here and they know me by heart. I made a order They said went to the wrong store I showed them their address on the order They said reorder it again It still went to another store they say but it's showing their address so it went off my card two times nobody would help me get my money back. I never see any food. So I've been that two days this week and they said it's going to take 30 minutes to get a Krystal that is ridiculous. This is the location in ****** at the loop.

              I went through drive through and order the meal deal and a number 1 expecting fries. Get almost out of parking lot to find I got waffle fries instead. I didnt want them I wanted fries. They have signs on the window and on the walls inside advertising fries. So I went back through drive through and ask for fries and they said all they have is waffle fries so I ask why they were still advertising them and some lady said she changed them herself and knew they were no posters up with *****. In other words she was calling me a liar. I took pictures of the signs she said they didnt have and went in to show her and she ask where are they and I told her. I told her I was reporting this to the mdd as in office and she said go ahead as if she knew nothing would come of it. Based on all the negative reviews I see with Krystals Im not surprised.
