    I had a monthly subscription of $120/month with Yoga Six studio in ********, **. January 2022, after my card was charged 1/7/22 I verbally notified the ******** team I wanted to cancel my subscription. ******* informed me I need to put the request in writing and that as long as I did so prior to Feb 7, my card would not be charged again. I emailed Yoga Six *************************************** 2/4/22 "Please cancel my membership and do not charge my card on Feb 7, 2022". I called the studio the same day & left a voicemail message to cancel my membership & not to charge me for February.2/18/22 I received an email from Yoga Six that I had a past due balance of $141.00. I replied 2/19/22 "Hi, I gave notice of my cancellation. Please cancel my membership and clear my account balance." I received a call from the Yoga Six billing department and explained the situation and that the charge was in error. They told me to contact the local studio, so I did. I left another voicemail message at the studio.3/1/22 I received the following text from ************ Yoga Six - "Hi ****, its ******* from YogaSix. I received your voicemail. I havent been here for a few days and dont know why it wasnt picked up earlier. I know you want to cancel and I would be more than happy to cancel and take the payments off for February, but because those payments show up as past due I dont have the power to do anything. Only the owner, ****** can help. I have explained the situation and just spoke with him again telling him you should be canceled and not charged for February at all. You also should not be charged on March 7th. All I can do is wait for him to help me take care of this. I am so sorry its taking so long. Believe me, I wish I could help right now. I will continue to follow up with him when I return to work this evening and tomorrow too."They keep charging my account fraudulently - balance is now $408. They email monthly or more and now call multiple times/day which is harassment.

    I purchased an unlimited membership and the studio closed without reimbursing me or other clients for paid memberships. The studio should reimburse me and others for the monthly fee that was charged to our accounts. YogaSIX will not answer emails or phone calls.
