              The customer service for this business is probably the worst Ive ever experienced. I purchased a jacket in October in hopes that itll be here in time for Christmas. Weeks had gone by and no update, I reached out to them in mid-November via Instagram as they listed as one of their contact accounts. They responded that it would ship in two days. I was hopeful. the 2 says went by, no tracking information. I waited a few more days to see if Id get something. NOTHING. I continued to reach out and even asked for them to cancel my order and give me a refund. NOTHING. and still no response to any DM or email that Ive sent. after eight weeks, they finally shipped the jacket. I was hopeful, even though I had already disputed the charge. The jacket arrives and is the wrong size. I ordered a YL, they sent a 4T. I reached out hoping that they would make it right, still no response. ALL AROUND BAD BUSINESS. If youre looking to shop with this online company, just dont.
