**** located *************************************************************** ********** *********** abuses their power when serving **** They are rude and neglectful towards the owners of the **** It is ********************************* who is responsible for our 5th season **** She is ignorant of what the community needs. Her managing company fails to keep track of emails, is unaware of neighborhoods' exceptions to bylaws, resulting in owners being penalized. I'm in this situation right now and EREm sent me a letter on December ****************************************************************** to make proper repairs by January 17. The repairs were completed before the due date and an appropriate email was sent to ****. Neither the *** architectural committee nor anyone else checked the work in January. The *** AC walked only on Feb 3. (Camera recording and voice). AC of the *** Admitted Exceptions to the *** bylaws. It was communicated to EREm ************** via emails and a certified letter, with evidence available or provided. Instead of solving the problem, **** went to their affiliate lawyer to resolve it. A bill near $1000 has been sent to me by **** and *********************** with the same issues. There are more than half of the residents in our community who are seniors, and our *** is broke and has no funds. Owners are being targeted by the **** and the *** is being manipulated for the ****'s benefit. EREm forces HOa to comply and be loyal by using affiliate services. My opinion is that the company targets me personally due to the fact that I dare to speak out. The email was sent on April 15, 2024 to the **** responsible manager attached as well as to the director of EREm, ***********************. At the office today, I was informed that nobody receives my emails and it appears that a letter I sent via **** Certified mail went unnoticed. I was told by the **** receptionist that the addressee of certified letters has never signed or opened them.
