            In ******* **** I contacted F5 Services to get an estimate for having my ******* seats recovered and carpet replaced. A representative of the company came to our home to look at the boat. The person who came to our house gave me a verbal price for the job. I asked for that in writing. A few weeks later we received a written estimate. The estimate was $500 over the verbal price. When I called the person who came to our home he said, "the extra $500 was in case we need more screws and it would only cost maybe a couple of hundred dollars". I agreed we went to pick out colors and fabric.. They came to pick up my boat on a ******* morning. 2 days later I got a call and now they wanted an additional $2000 to do the work. We went to their store and spoke with the owner. Jacob. He said. " I was the one who gave the first price estimate but now things have changed and the company who does the work wants $2000 more". He would not compromise or make things right.. We were unaware the work was not to be done in house. This seemed like a typical bait and switch scenario. We are also in our **'s and is this also a case of elder abuse.
            This company needs to be held accountable.
