Booked an appointment with Rese for a hair style. I was instructed to drop off the hair prior to my appointment which I did. I explained to her my appointment was the same day as my travels. I arrived for my appointment the ship was not open and she was not present. She texted me back and hour later saying her daughter was sick and asked me could I come back. I said I could not. She replied she was on the way. She never advised of her arrival so I proceeded to travel out of town for work. Because SHE was unable to make the appointment she refuses to return my hair. She has promised to call to resolve the situation and has not then got RUDE because I told I dont want to have to step out of character after already paying a deposit that she refuses to return even though I didnt receive the services! After back to back calls and messages informing her I would show up to her place of business to collect my product, she stated she would mail it. This was over a week ago! Now back to no response. She is a fraud and a thief. Im also starting to question her cleanliness because what can you do with USED hair?
