I purchased an engine with a 3-year warranty for my 2021 ***** Silverado in June 2021. The engine was supposed to be refurbished where it was taken apart and rebuilt with *************. The engine was put in my *********** immediately started to have issues. The engine began to leak oil and made noise when I started the truck and pressed the accelerator. I contacted support ************************ on September 6, 2022, and communicated my issue but I never received a response. Attached are images of the leak I sent via email. The engine continued to make a noise and leak until the engine no longer worked. The truck suddenly stopped working as I was driving to work. I had the truck towed to a mechanic and explained the situation. After examining the truck and the engine, I was informed that this was not an engine that was rebuilt with new parts. In fact the engine did not look to be a rebuild at all. I attempted to contact the company regarding the issue with the engine because I am still under warranty. I was told I needed a reference number for them to pull up my account. I informed them that in previous dealings I had with them I did not use a reference number and they were able to retrieve my files with my information. I was told to call back after they spoke with their manager. When I called back I was told to email ************************. This is the same individual I contacted prior regarding this same issue. I contacted him and like before I have yet to hear back from them. Upon further investigation, I am not the first consumer they have sold faulty engines and other parts and then refused to rectify the situation by honoring the warranty and replacing or refunding. I no longer want any deal with the company and would like a refund to put toward the purchase of another engine or vehicle.

Purchased a $100 driver door power switch for my **** they only asked me the make and model of my car knowing that these cars come in many different styles and options. Needless to say the switch did not work, I took the part back not more than an hour later and was told no refunds. Payments are only accepted through CASH or ZELLE in which all payments are final. They have many ****** reviews from women on which they preyed on in this manner because we all know the average woman does NOT know much about cars or car parts. While I was waiting on them to pull the piece the manager was cursing out his employee loudly and in front of everyone. Not a great business to give your money to and I should have read reviews before purchasing. They literally sold me the wrong piece knowing it was the wrong piece. I would like a refund or exchange of this useless part.

Good morning to whom it may concern first things first I really do apologize about the late reply. This is the first email that I got forwarded from my ex employee. It seems like BBB has her email address for the complains and not the actual companies address and as it goes with the complaint about the young lady for a window switch, yes I sold her a window switch for her *** as you clearly see she knows the switch comes with different options. Obviously if we didnt ask her for the options on the vehicle, we wouldnt know which one she Has we gave her was she asked for told her what options we had on ours and she said no problem. Thats the reason she waited for the part to get pulled and paid through ***** she takes apart and then she tries to bring the part back telling ** the switch is wrong because it doesnt have the options that you need keeping in mind before we pulled apart we told her what options we have in our switch and that was the reason why she paid and waited. All electrical parcels sold as is there is no warranty no exchange, thank you and also if you would please take Miss ****** email address from Southerns files and add or a main email address which is  **********************. Thank you.

I Purchased a part from the business Sat. 10/21/22 I gave them detailed and specific info on the exact part I needed for my car. They gave me the incorrect part which was clearly stated in the receipt info that was typed up by southern auto salvage. I had to wait until Monday morning just to come try to pick up the correct part. I got here before the business opens as stated online. No one opened up on time. They still provided me the wrong part. Rather than correct their mistakes by making me a priority customer after countless mistakes as promised , I still showed back up with them still not having the part ready and taking other customers over me.

I paid for an engine on 05/20/2022. The last time I recieved a call from this place was 07/19/2022. This was a call I received from the "owner" telling me they wouldn't give me any sort of refund for an engine I purchased and was told had a 3 month warranty. I spent 800 dollars on an engine in hopes that I would finally have my car back on the road after the original engine failed. I had my mechanic pick up the engine and the same mechanic installed the engine. Between the time of purchase and my last interaction was just under 2 months which would've been under their warranty. The car drove less than 10 miles in total before catastrophic failure. The engine in question had a faulty oil pump the oil pump failed and shattered causing metal to run throughout the engine which ruined it. This means I was literally sold a bad engine. When you pull the dip stick the oil shimmers with metal shards. When I called I was obviously very upset because I'd spent so much money and I ended up being yelled at and the guy claiming to be the owner told me that because I didn't bring them my engine, which is something nobody said anything about, that I never had a warranty. He yelled and cussed at me and told me they didn't sell me a bad engine and it was my fault because it took 2 weeks to install. I offered to bring them back their engine for at least a partial refund which would've gone towards another engine and they refused saying they couldn't do anything with a bad engine. I've looked though tons of recent reviews and I've seen I'm not the only person they've treated horribly and not the only person they've ripped off. I'm still out of a running car and out 800 dollars because this "business" couldn't be honest or truthful.

      To whom this may concern,

Client had purchased a motor from us. Our policies are clearly stated on the back of our receipts for all to legibly read. Client was supposed to give us the core in order to keep the warranty active and client DID NOT give us back the core. It is clearly stated on our receipt. Client was also supposed to have the motor installed by a licensed and certified mechanic, which the client did not use. Instead a non certified, home garage operating mechanic installed the motor. We provided our parts in working condition, whatever happened with this non certified mechanic is not our doing and not our responsibility. We will NOT be issuing a refund for a part that was functioning and in good condition when **********. The client did not abide by our policies and therefore will not be getting a refund. Thanks
