Absolutely horriable. They will steal your money then hide. Do not fall for their rental specials. Class action suit underway for those scammed by this company and the principle, who has a list of failed ventures.********, no morals, no conscious. Im leasing a property of theirs in riverdale ga. These people are money hungry and rude! Worse people Ive ever encountered in my 10+ yrs or leasing apartments and renting homes! The refrigerator in this home leaks water and a black oil substance daily! They sent a technician here 5 times. Witnessed that what I was saying was true and the technician ****** told me that he requested for a new refrigerator and ***************************, the property manager was requesting to have it sent to another home. Weeks later they showed up with a filthy, smelly and dented up refrigerator trying to put it in here and I politely declined! These people are pathetic! Worse mistake of my life, renting from this company!Review from Brendon B

Attempted to lease a home from this company and the experience was difficult enough that we abandoned the process due to poor customer service. At no point during the application process was I or my broker able to speak to a representative of the company by phone or in person and we were never able to view the home in question as our agent could not contact anyone to get access granted. I received text message updates on our application status (I requested these on the online portal) but was asked via text message to email documents to an unverifiable email address and when I called to check on the validity of the address over the course of multiple days I was unable to reach anyone. We ended up terminating the application process over concerns that we would not be able to resolve any maintenance or other issues over the of a lease. The vendor kept our application fee as they are entitled to, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and made me fear for the security of the personal information that I submitted as I was unable to verify the addresses or speak to anyone.
