You will also see in the documents that I have been very generous to him. I did 1 of his bathrooms for free. Didnt charge him regular price to fix the foundation issues that we used machines with. The job was a 50k job I charged him 16k because I was doing his entire house and I was trying to work with his budget . Also we fix his basement area and added closet for free. For him to get on here and tell such lies on my company is appalling . We redone his entire home and corrected things a previous contractor done . If there where any damage to the flooring after we both did a walk through he wouldve as well as myself wouldve seen them .
