    I am becoming increasingly upset with Subway. I have sent 3 previous messages on the subway website and still have not been contacted, nor have I been refunded. I purchased delivery from this location for $47.02 on January 11th, **** through the subway app. I used the gift card that was on my account and even uploaded the balance to cover the entire purchase. Almost an hour after placing the order, I was contacted by the delivery driver who was at the location for pick up that some employees of the Subway store got into a fight while making my sandwiches and as a result, the store had to be closed. I received a message in the app that my order was canceled. I was thinking that my money would be refunded instantly or at least within 24 hours, but that was not the case.Today is January 25th and I have not received my $47.02 back in my subway account. I even contacted ******** and was told that since the order was canceled by Subway, I would/should be receiving my refund from you all. As stated, this is the 4th message I have sent and even had to go online to find these email addresses. Even if this is not the right department to contact, I am hopeful that someone will address this issue, and/or at least get my situation resolved. I should not have to beg to get my money back. In the app under my purchases, it states that the $47.02 transaction was voided, so why was my money not placed back on my card? At this point, my next step of action was to contact the BBB to see if they could assist with getting me some support.Although these stores are franchised, the customer support at the corporate level should be much better than this. There is no customer support number to speak to a human, nor is there an email address to contact anyone. I found 2 email addresses online but received an email that my message was undeliverable.

    I ordered from this Subway on 04/18/2024 at 211pm. There are two females who works there and wears their hair covered up. One of the females has a earring in her nose and is very unprofessional and rude. The customer service is not ok. The ladies talk with an attitude and touches non food items behind them - while wearing gloves and then pick up where they left off preparing lettuce, tomatoes, etc.These workers needs a friendly reminder that with no customers, no earnings. Please be professional and sanitary when fixing sub sandwiches. As customers we have to place the food in our mouth. Also we are the payer. This Subway needs to *********** staff than who they have.
