      On ******** **** 2023 I will send a text message with a link for a survey. And doing so it stated that you got a free **** you just needed to pay $4.96 for shipping. However once you submit your payment it turns around and tells you that you've just been entered for a drawing. In other words it's stating that your $4.96 was to pay for a drawing that not the shipping. So then I call to cancel and refund my money that I just enrolled for a subscription to some kind of healthnes subscription. Nowhere in there does it say anything about a health subscription. You will then be charged like $29 a month for that subscription if you don't know within so many days is what the customer service representative told me. These people are scamming people out of money left and right. They are lying about you paying shipping nor are they saying anything about you so signing up for a subscription. These people need to be shut down! Nowhere should this ever be legal. Had I not called to get a refund which I don't have and they can't give me, I would be paying $30 a month for subscription that I don't want and didn't even know why I signed up for. It clearly states that you're paying for shipping for I've had that they claim you just want for doing their survey, and it does not say anywhere in there that you are subscribing to anything. It does not tell you that you are entering a drawing until after they have received your payment and it never says anything about you subscribing. Legal action needs to be taken against this company and the name of the company is Superior Giveaways. It is false advertisement and it is very misleading. Please contact me if you need any further information. And thank you. Not only do I want a refund and I know it's only $4.90 but is the principal of the fact that they are misleading people but I also won't this business to be either fine or shut down

      On December **,2022, I took a survey to win a Dutch oven from ****’s. After the survey I was told I had to pay$4.96 shipping to receive the pot, I put in the information for my card and immediately a small window popped up and I only had time to read $**.95… I didn’t even know what it was for I tried to click on it but it disappeared so fast. I immediately called the bank and told them that I did not agree to that charge. My bank said it was to late because it was done online. I told them do not let them charge anything else.I called superior giveaways and told them they did not have my permission to take my money and was told to bad they had my IP Address so that ment they have the right to do it. I told my bank after the first withdrawal NOT to let them take any money out of the account So 2 days later they used a different phone number and took $99.98 out of m account and said because they have my IPAddress they could do it. WELL of course they have my IP Address they STOLE it. They even say Per my first request everything was canceled moving forward??? Well then why did they take the $**.95 and $99.98

      On ******** I authorized a $4.96 payment for shipping of a **** ******. On ******** I was debited form my bank account $99.98 for *****************.I never authorized this and never received terms for these this transaction. I called the number ************ and was instructed to email for a refund and cancellation. Following is a copy of my email. To whom this may concern, Your company made a unauthorized withdrawal from my account. Only authorization I approved was for $4.96 on *********** for shipping of the **** ******. On **** ******* you withdrew $99.98 without my consent. There was no terms in the initial offer. I spoke with customer service, 1-************, and was instructed to send a email for a refund. I am now requesting a refund and to cancel all terms. Waiting on my refund and future correspondence. Please refund in at timely manner and a email confirmation. If no action is taken on your behalf, I will escalate this issue. Thank You ****** **** **************** As of now, I have not heard from them.

      Apparently I signed up for a sweepstakes which I don't remember doing but ok now I find that $4.98 has been taken out of my bank account. So I call the number my bank gives me and they stop the account from being charged again but I have to contact Superior giveaways to get my money back but when you go to ************************* nothing happens you do not get connected to a company or even an email what bothers me is this is not the first time this has happened to me can something not be done to stop this from happening over and over again. I know that my $4.98 is not a lot of money to most people but I live on a small SSDI income so every dollar matters to me. Stop these and all the other ones from stealing from us.

      I got charged for 99.98 yesterday and didn't place this order. When I reached out to the company, they are refusing to reimburse me. I explained that I don't even know what the company is yet they are still saying I am getting charged. I don't even know if this is a product or service. I don't know how they got my information but I have taken steps to cancel my card so they can't fraudulently take my money again. I asked kindly and they basically told me to **** *** that I was getting charged and there was nothing I can do about it. Like I said I don't know what this is nor have I ever heard of this company. It is not buyers remorse as I don't know what this is. I don't even know if I can return whatever this is for. I feel like they just stole $100 from me and there's nothing I can do. It hurts in this economy.

      Received an email saying I had won a **** cooler clicked to pay 4.95 shipping and handling. Next thing I know I have a charge on my online banking account for 99.98. I emailed the company to refund my money as I am on disability and did not need some weight loss ****. This is a scam. The company is rude. They offered me a credit of 49.99. My account was thrown into overdraft as I am on disability I do not spend my money this way.

I had to go to my bank and they assisted me by calling the company and I recieved a full refund. There are many complaints about the way these people run this business however. I'm just lucky my bank got involved and got my money returned and cleared all the overdrafts because of this charge. This devastating when you are on disability fixed income and you think you've won something mice and only have to pay shipping and handling then boom you got a charge for 99.98 for some weight loss app. This is very deceiving. Thank you ***********

      On September ** 2022, I paid $4.96 dollars for shipping and handling for a **** giveaway. On September ** 2022 an amount of $99.98 was pending on my bank account under a falsely name weight Natural Supplement. I contacted them to inquire information about the transaction. The first customer service representative stated the the $4.96 was for shipping and handling for the **** that I had won on sweepstakes , however I was being charged $99.98 for the **** itself. I stated that I did not want the **** because I did not have the funds to pay for the ****. However I had paid the $4.96 dollars for shipping and handling because I was under the impression that I had won. She stated that I was going to receive an email that the order was going to be canceled, and that I was going to get my money back, however I was not going to get the $4.96 dollars because it was for a contribution. After a few hours that I had not received an email with confirmation and that they went ahead and the $99.98 was withdrawn from my bank account; I called back. The second representative stated that I was being charged a monthly sweepstakes subscription in the amount of $99.98. I stated that I did not want the monthly subscription and shared with her what the conversation had taken place between the first representative and me earlier in the day. I stated that I have been giving different statements from her and the 1st customer service representative. She said that I had 5 days to cancel the subscription from the day I paid the $4.96 dollars. She proceeded to provide me with an email to ****************************** to request my money back because she was not authorize to make the decision. I sent an email to ************************* which they responded that I am not eligible for a refund. However moving forward, my monthly subscription has been canceled. I would never pay $99.98 for a monthly sweepstakes giveaway. Please help me and help others not be scammed from this business.

      Online to send 4.95 promotion for an ****. Was charged on my credit card for 99.98 for some weight supplement. I am 72 years old **************************** I have no idea what this item is that they are charging me for. I believe I was deceived and had no idea that paying 4.95 for a sweepstakes would result in having someone take out almost 100 dollars on my credit card. I am on a fixed income and I believe this was fraudulent!!
