OK I took my dogs that is that I have two ******* ****/***** to this establishment Dogma DOGMA was told it was $52 per dog I didn't mind paying that kind of money and then when I picked up my dogs I gave her $105 she gave me one hour cash back my dogs and had nothing done to them toenails nothing trim nothing their face nothing the only thing I can say is they did to my dogs just give them a bath and I don't think that 52 dollars to give my dogs a bath Would like a full refund 104.00 For doing nothing to my rounds except for keeping them all day By the way they don't give receipts for work done as well I won't cash cashBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/18) */ Said customer was brand new to us and stated that she is never happy anywhere she goes. She came to us ******* at 11:30am. She explained what she wanted to the bather. The groomer called her before the start of the haircut to confirm what said customer wanted to be certain we please her. So the groomer followed her instructions. The customer requested that the male ****** be trimmed short and the female to be left longer with a bow in her topknot. The customer was called and informed that her dogs were ready for pick up by 3pm. We told her that we close at 5:30pm. At 5:25 when we still hadn't heard from her I called again. She told me she was "almost there." FINALLY....at 6pm she shows up! We normally charge a late fee but I decided to waive it as a courtesy. When I brought the dogs out to her I asked if they received the haircuts she was looking for and she said "yes, they look great and I'll be back." Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks later she shows up without calling demanding that her female dog be trimmed again at no charge. She made my bather feel threatened and was completely combative. By 3 1/2 weeks the dog is due for another haircut altogether! That is way beyond a FIX IT GROOM or a RE-DO. I refused to do it. This December will be my **** year in business and I have never had such a complaint.
