I have attached my complaint, pictures and other files to support my complaint. Images of the conditions of the house, when I moved in. We sign a blind contract, without right to inspect, middle of January, buy March *** they could have the decency to have it livable.
l-I am an activemilitary soldier; I was movingfrom ** ******** ******* to ** ****** ******* **. I called Leading Edge inquiring about a
property advertised on the internet. Since I was in *******, I asked Christina *** ****** ** **** ******** to allow my armypeers at the base in ** ******to inspect the property
prror to signing the contract, she refused to do so.
2-Leading Edge/Christina *** ****** put me in a position where I did not have another choice but to sign a blind contract. I was **00 miles away.
3-when I arrived at the property, it was complete chaos, the toilets were not flushing, electrical issues, bugs everywhere, bad smell, so we had to stay in a hotel.
4-I blindly signed the lease, trusting that Christina *** ****** was a trustworthy honest realtor dealing in good faith. That was not she case.
5-I asked Christina *** ****** not to include my wife on the contract as a tenant, I wanted my wife listed as an occupant. She did not do so.
6-On the following business day, I submitted to she company a list of the things, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, safety items that were not working, the list was partially completed at their convenience
7-1 could
not have my family live in such
deplorable conditions, I chose to terminate the contract and move to better
livable conditions home. Donna
A****** told me that I don’t have an option to terminate the lease, the
first page of the lease says contrary.
8-I met all the terms they added on, to terminate the lease, those terms were not included in the original lease.
9-I hired a company to professionally clean the home, as well I power washed the back porch. We are a military family, and military families don't leave messes behind.
10-I emailed Donna A****** to let her know that they can come to do the final inspection on ********** as my lease was set to be terminated on ********** She ignored my emails and calls. I delivered she keys to their offices. I believe they did ignore intentionally to charge me another month, like they have done to other military families.
11-I received an invoice from Donna A****** (attached)these are bogus invoices, they set she termination date *********, I did my part, but they did not do theirs. They couldn’t provide me with proof of payment for those bogus invoices. I left the home in pristine condition. I hired a company to professionally clean and deodorize the home, I also mowed the grass, and power washed the back porch. I can prove it wish pictures and legitimate receipts. If they have chosen now to do their part, I am not liable for she unlawful way they conduct thfiz business.They hired a collection company to try to ruin my credit.
1-Mowing ******** the gentleman say he lives in **, I asked about the invoice, he told me a different amount.
2****** ******** Repairs, estimate was a blind form, seems that Donna A****** fills in the address on it. Donna uses *** ******** *** **** ***** *** *
3***** Improvement is a fake invoice, the address on that invoice is
christine *** ***** ********* *** ******’s mother.
This altered Lnvoices is in violation of GACode951-M2(2020)
**-Since I moved out, I reported this company to the *** department, as well I am asking **** to investigate Christina *** ******,and Donna A******, for their wrongdoing, concealing, negligence, and creating take invoices, {they can prove it was paid) as well other real estate management misconduct related to this lease.
**-Leading Edge Real Estate is well known for doing the same to military families. I have enclosed copies of some other service members that had gone through ***** with the same scam from this mom-and-pop company, That is the way to honor our sacrifice to serve our country.
