  I have contacted and asked the company to stop sending me flyers about purchasing my house. I have informed them that it is not for sale. I have also pointed out that at this time I feel that I am being harassed . I have had this conversation at least 5-7 times in the last year. Every time I have spoken to an employee named Josh. Every time I have asked to speak to the owner. Every time I was told he was not available. Josh has said that he would handle the concern. The last two conversations he informed me that the flyers were handled by an outside firm and he would attempt to fix the issue (clearly he is back tracking from what he originally said). I asked for that company's name so I could call them directly. He refused to provide that information to me. I am still receiving these fliers. It is annoying and harassing about constantly being asked to sell something that is not for sale. I WANT THIS STOPPED.

Josh and the marketing team have been working to ensure you will not receive any more communication from us, however, we use a third party for our marketing efforts, which are planned and set in motion months in advance, so you may see some delay. If you continue to receive unwanted mail from us please reach out to ********************* directly and we will ensure we get to the bottom of it!   I am rejecting this response because:  I do not see how you think that the receiving mail after repeated requests and "promises" to resolve the issue is not bothersome and wanted.  Allow me to make this as clear as possible.  The property that you keep inquiring about is NOT for sale.  Any contact in reference to selling the property is UNWANTED and VERY BOTHERSOME.  I will however, contact you at the email address provided when I receive more mail flyers that I have repeatedly asked Josh to stop. I will ask again, that if you feel that you cannot resolve this simple request (that every other business seems to be able to do), that you provide me with the contact information of this "third party"  marketing group and I will address the issue with them.  It is very sad that a business such as yours claims to be  trustworthy when your employee Josh has said for over one year that he will get the mailing stop.  That actually lends one to believe that he, in fact is not trustworthy, and is a poor reflection on your business.  Either he can or he can not do the task.  I patiently await your response.
