I paid a $35 co-pay and $10 for medication. I am receiving text messages saying I owe them $40 as of June 4, 2023.Business response

Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, it does not appear that the $35 copay was collected so a statement was sent. It appears that there was an error in the charge associated with the medication and the erroneous $5 has been adjusted off. A member of our billing team has provided an email that can be responded to with proof of payment as our records do not indicate such - at that time we can resolve the account. Please feel free to reach out directly to our billing team if we can be of any further assistance.

Over the last several months my attorney has been attempting to receive billing and medical records on my half. I've also called and requested that those records be released. Additionally, my attorney has ****** of ********* to handle this request for me. We've sent in the request form with no response from the organization as of yet. These records are time sensitive as well. We only ask that both the billing and medical records for my visit to their location be released and sent expedited to my attorney in the request.Business response
