      I decided to make an advance car payment since I was in the process of looking for a new job. I advised the staff that I had been terminated, plus I had ***** in my **** I found out my **** account was closed and I had continued to make payment on the account. When I inquired about the **** account I was told by ******* that my **** account was find...no one said at the initial conversation it was closed. I only received a called about my car not which I had paid in advance. I was told the only person they could reopen my **** was ******* the President or Vice President. When call in January, I spoke with ********, she was very rude and said she would give ******* the message when she returned from vacation. I waited two week and call and ******* was not in the office. I waited an additional three weeks and I call back and spoke with ******* and she told me she did not receive a message to return a call to me. I was then advised that I had to re-apply for an **** which I still have one that I am paying on that is a closed account. This is not fair...I would like for my **** account that I am paying on to be reopened. I was told the account were linked. only one was closed. Why couldn't they work with me with the ****. As stated I could have transferred money to the account..which I did. I am very disappointed how I was treated and how I was tossed around like nothing. ****** did try to assist me...but ******** had a don't care, your account is closed instead of trying to work with me. ******** attitude was like it was my business and I deal with it! Then she told me, if I pay the account off, then they would consider reopening. What! The What!!! Then she gave me false information stating she would give ******* my message, which she didn't.
