This incident was on Thursday May 12, & Friday May 13th its June 6 and I have yet not gotten a response or resolution. On May 12 was my mothers 60th birthday and we were doing a big celebration for her. The arrangement never got to us on the day it was suppose to be delivered. Than waited another day as they promised to have it by 1pm and got it around 4:30pm with missing fruits and a very unprofessional arrangement. Called them on Monday since they are closed in the weekend and ******* said they cant refund me. I have attempted to speak with ******* many times afterwards by email and phone and hes never available or at the shop according to his employees and many messages have been left and he has yet not responded to any nor had he attempted to call or email back to reach a resolution for the issue. I would like a full refund for this arrangement due to unfulfilled delivery date as promised and an unprofessional arrangement missing fruits that I paid for.
