******************* of Metro Pal Contractors LLC was contracted to do renovate my Master bathroom. The contract has both him and owner ***************** on it. However, he (*******************) was paid in full however did not finish the job. Job was scheduled to be complete 15 Aug. Contract was signed 6 August 2021, paid ******* plus 350 for additional expense . Total $8700.00 He did not finish the bathroom and did not install the standalone tub and associated plumbing. He tried to install a tub that was not agreed upon and I believe was a tub he had from another job. He claimed the company he ordered the tub from did not refund him his money or two different orders (for my tub). I can not check the validity of that statement and honestly it doesn't matter in business. As he had a contract with me and he did not fulfill his end. He was contacted by me multiple times to try to get him to either install tub or pay back the amount for it and he did not. He ignored my request and to date has not paid any money back due to the breach of contract. Also, the workers that he did bring to my house did not cover my closet or cabinet doors and all the particles and debris from the demo was all over my personal ******************* products, clothes shoes, my baby's products, etc. I had to throw all the personal products under my cabinet away and some of my shoes that were suede as the while dust did not come out.
