This business steals from their clients. They also do not pay their employees. They are always calling in about a missing check or because money is missing from their check. They do not have a payroll system that provides check stubs. The owner will sit in the back and type one up when you ask for one. They also hire unlicensed CNAS to care for neatly dying clients who need proper home healthcare.Business response

Thank you for your feedback and it is good to hear you are alive and well. ******************, you left your position at our company without notice. We attempted to contact you multiple times even having the local police department to do a welfare check in as it was highly unusual for you to leave and not answer any of our calls. We sent multiple emails to you about picking up your last check with us and also your personal items which are stored in a box at our office for your pick up. This is still the case and you are more than welcome to call our office or come to pick up these items along with your last check. All of our staff are paid on a biweekly basis. As a small business, payroll and other operational errors are bound to arise. When they do, our departments do their best to address them promptly and accurately. We do not steal from our clients. All clients are required to sign a service agreement that explains in full detail the cost of services beforehand. Any unused services are credited or refunded upon care termination. All billing inquiries can be addressed with our billing department. Once again, thank you for your feedback and it is our hope this refute to your complaint provides you some satisfaction. Take care.
