March 14, 2021.I reached out to anytime pressure washing and talked with the owner *****************************. ******** quickly came by the same day to clean my gutters like I requested. After cleaning the gutters, I asked him about installing a gutter guard for my home. I agreed to pay him $319 for materials in addition to the $125 I was charged for the gutter cleaning. I was told that he would get back to me that week for service. Months went by and I discover he was arrested the day after I met him on March 15th. On June 15th he finally reached out to me and apologized for what happened and promised to complete the original task once he was back on his feet. Since then, Ive had several short text conversations and phone calls with him trying to organize a time to complete the task. I was extremely forgiving and willing to work with him despite the issues. For the past month or so, its been very difficult contacting him. I often never get and responses from messages or returned phone calls. Whenever he does respond he says he will come out within a few days but never does. I asked to just have my money back but it doesnt seem to be possible. At this point I just want the $319 back for unfulfilled services and to just move on. I even tried to get him to just come and clean my gutters again for the winter/fall and I cant even get him to do that. I feel robbed and taken advantage of and I want to avoid small claims court. I just want my money back at this point. I have pictures of texts and a photo of the cash app transaction.
