On 12/19/21, I placed an online order for 2 slabs of ribs and 8 pieces of cornbread to be picked up on 12/24/21 at ************************************************. location. When I got there, ***, the Manager gave me my order and said he was sorry they only had 1 1/2 slabs of ribs and he was giving me some rib tips to make up for the 1/2 slab they did not have. I did not get any cornbread. $76.74 was charged to my account the day I placed the order. I did not get what I paid for. What I did get was not $75.00 worth of meat. The rib tips he gave me was not even cut up. I would like some of my money back because my order was not fulfilled as I ordered it. If they cannot provide customers with what they order, they should not be taking orders on-line. Someone should have called or texted me to let me know they could not fill my order. I spoke with ***, the Manager on 1/6/22, all he did was apologize and say he gave me rib tips for my inconvenience. That was not satisfactory to me.
