Good morning.Dear Sir/Madam.On January 19th, 2024 me and my two year old son decided to go sneaker shopping for both of us at Kids Foot Locker in ************.Their adress is: ************************************************************************************* Their phone number: *****************.1 to return shoes, 2 to buy shoes for me and my son. As I walked in I went straight to the toddler section and was looking for few seekers for my son, I called for a worker to help me get his size for two different pair of shoes. While I was trying the shoes on my toddler he started throwing up non stop, continually throwing up. I called for help because since vomit went everywhere and in the pair of shoes he was trying. I asked the workers for help still while my son is throwing up. They gave me a napkin and a spray bottle. I told them what was the spray bottle for they told me to clean the floor, bear in mind my son is still throwing up wich I ended taking him to the emergency room. I felt humiliated, untreated, disrespected and racial injustice. While my son is throwing up nobody is helping and they wanted me to clean the entire place where the accidents had occurred. When I was sad about the situation of my soon looking so sick I asked for her went the worker mention she dont deal with vomits fast forward i went to the checkpoint to return the shoes and the lady mention she cant change it for me since they looked a bit dirty. I told her if I can deal with her manager first you guys didnt want to help me with my son after throwing up and now you guys dont want to help me exchange the shoes. When I asked for the upper manager they decided to call the police on me, which I didnt do anything I was very calm just sad how I was miss treated, in front of my sick toddler police had to come and have me a trespass paper for me not to return there. I want them pay me for the shoes they didnt exchange. The time they made me clean, and calling police on me for no reason, they can show their camera footage to see. They did not call me back from their corporate office after several phone calls
