      I havebeen a long time patron of Omega Med Spa for YEARS and always had GREAT service when seeing ****** for laser hair removal. ****** is no longerat Omega but she referred me to ********* and ****- to continue my service. My 1st experience with both of the ladies was pleasant. Two days ago, I had another visit with ****- that I thought went well. But during thetreatment, I mentioned to her that none of my previous treatments hurt this bad. I continuedto speak on the discomfort but no adjustments were made. After the service, I paid and left. I went back into the office to ask a question and ****, the receptionist, was not at the desk. I yelled for someone but no reply. I heard voices in the treatment room so I headed that way. I had just left out but saw **** laying on the bed that I had just got off of and **** cursing about how "I (****) don't give a F**K what treatment she got from ******, she will get whatever the F**K treatment I give her" and she kept going on about my service and ******. I said I heard you and I will NEVER be back. I walked out. I walked back in and asked **** for my money back and for her to cancel my next appt. I was SOOO UPSET. I feel she was burning my face on purpose. She asked me what I heard and went on to speak ill of ******. Yesterday, I called to speak to **************** to share my experience but instead got *******, the office manager who apologized, also spoke ill of ****** and in the same breath justified ****'s behavior. All that to say- I will NEVER return to Omega for ANYTHING and if you go, be sure you want the same service **** wants to give you. It's unfortunate that the likes of **** and ******* are representing Omega. It was nothing like that when ****** was there.

      Just received this letter from the BBB to respond.

       

      ****************** came into Omega Med Spa on June 20th for her appointment. The treatment she came in for was for laser hair removal which is normally a 15 minute treatment, but our aesthetician spent over 55 minute with ****************** to insure her treatment was  successful, This aesthetician has treated ****************** before, with no problems. They discussed her treatment, and set up her treatment plan. Before laser hair removal all patients know, especially the ones who have been here before like ****************, know you have to shave before this treatment. ****************** did not shave and let our aesthetician know that she expected a free dermplane service. That service adds time to the appointment so we have to plan for that, also that is an additional fee which she was not willing to pay. So the aesthetician again took time to do a free derma plane for ******************. After her service she was very happy with and appreciated all that the aesthetician did, didn't have any complaints before, during or after the service. Went to check out told them it was her birthday weekend, which the front desk  gave her 10% off her service, she then rescheduled for her next visit. ****************** left happy with her service. Our aesthetician took her next patient back, and began do her laser hair service on her privates. While she was in her service the client and aesthetician, they were having a private conversation which had NOTHING to do with ******************. ****************** proceeded to open the door, which has signs posted on the door DO NOT ENTER, PRIVATE, LASER IN SESSION, with another clients privates exposed. How embarrassing for our client who felt very violated and against HIPPA violations that ****************** just did. She started yelling and screaming, then walked away with the door open!! Our Aesthetician went out to see what the problem was and ****************** proceeded to talk ugly to her, bully her, yelling and screaming at her for no reason. Demanded her money back for a service that she enjoyed and was very happy with.  The aesthetician let her know her conversation had nothing to do with or about her, what was she talking about? Our aesthetician apologized for what she thought she heard, but ****************** continued to bully and **** at her, we gave her the money back, ****************** finally left. ****************** just wanted a FREE service, she didn't want to pay and complained about everything not being FREE.
